Newly-renovated spacious apartment in coveted Bloomingdale neighborhood. Local favorite Big Bear Cafe is right outside your door, as is a weekly Sunday Farmers Market. Two bikeshare stations on the block make getting anywhere easy, or take the short walk to the Shaw Metro station or one of the many nearby buses to the Capitol and monuments on the National Mall. Relax in a peaceful English basement apartment, lovely private garden, fully stocked kitchen, breakfast fixings, luxury linens, and personal care amenities. Walk to Capital One Arena, Chinatown, Portrait Gallery, Safeway and restaurants galore. Bonus for 3+ nights: 2 tickets to the O Museum in the Mansion (host is member of the Board). Spacious studio near H St w/ easy street parking

Spacious private basement studio in Trinidad, minutes from Union Market, H St, and Gallaudet U. Come stay with us! You’ll have the unit to yourself with your own entry, full bathroom, and washer/dryer. There’s a coffee station, mini fridge, and microwave, but no kitchen sink or stove. Easy street parking as needed. Please note, entry is from the back of the house through the access road. We live upstairs if you need anything, but otherwise want our guests to enjoy their privacy.

DC Cozy. Kitchen, W/D: Walkable!

Most walkable + safe residential locations in DC: one block from the W.E. Convention Center, less than 10 10-minute walk to the Cap. Arena, and a 20-minute walk to the National Mall with its lovely Smithsonian Museums, White House, Chinatown, with some of the city's best dining and nightlife a stone's throw away.
