ce mini loft a été complètement refait dans une ancienne usine de porte clefs et de pins. Il est situé en fond de cour au calme et bénéficie d'une belle lumière toute la journée grâce a sa verrière. Je serais disponible pour vous aider tout au long de votre séjour. En cas d'absence ma soeur co-hote se tient à votre disposition. Situé à deux pas du canal Saint-Martin, de la place de la République et du Marais, le quartier regorge de restaurants, de boutiques hipster et d’animations nocturnes, le tout à proximité de lignes de métro qui vous permettront d’explorer la ville. a 3 min a pied du métro république et ses nombreuses lignes desservants tout paris.

Salle de bain avec toilettes (sanibroyeur). Il s'agit d'un petit espace que nous avons essayé de rendre agréable à un prix accessible. N'hésitez pas à nous solliciter pour une arrivée anticipée ou un départ tardif. Les horaires peuvent être élargis pour faciliter et rendre plus confortable votre séjour.

This lovely studio on the 2nd floor (access by stairs) overlooking a small courtyard is very quiet thanks to its insulated glazing. The mezzanine bed is comfortable, have easy access and optimizes space in the studio. Fully equipped kitchen: glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine for efficient breakfasts and affordable meals ;-) Bathroom refurbished in 2017. Towels & sheets provided, also HBOMax, Wifi, Snacks, Coffee & Tea.

Beautiful modern apartment, completely renovated, bright, well equipped, with a large living room, open kitchen, one bedroom, WC and separate bathroom. In a quiet street, the apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the metro (Place des Fêtes - line 11) and not far from the shops of Jourdain, the bars / restaurants of rue de la Villette, and the Buttes Chaumont park. The apartment is non-smoking and parties are not allowed.
