Studio de 20 m2 refait à neuf avec balcon sud sur la Tour Eiffel et 2 double lits, au cœur du XVème dynamique, à 10 minutes à pied de la Tour Eiffel et à quelques mètres du métro : notre studio de famille fait partie d'un immeuble 70's, construit par notre grand-père paternel ! Possibilité de louer une place de parking pour 20€/jour-100€/semaine. Possibilité de dépôt des bagages avant le check-in (15h-20h pm) et après le check-out (8h>10h am) pour 5€/valises. L’appartement se situe au 1 er étage d’un immeuble dans une rue très calme. Il a été refait à neuf en 2023 par une célèbre architecte et donc très bien agencé avec des équipements de très haut standing. Vous y serez comme dans une suite d’hôtel avec le charme en plus, d’un vrai logement parisien.

Cozy and arty flat on the last floor and under the roof, overhanging one very cool place in Paris, with bars, restaurants, bakery, trattoria, wine shop... and the most important, sunny terraces! The flat remains perfectly silent nonetheless. Near by, you'll find the Buttes Chaumont, the Canal Saint Martin and the Parc la Villette to relax a bit. Towards the centre, the Marais. This is not a hotel, this is my home. I'm looking for someone to enjoy and take care of my space as much as I do, while I'm gone for a business trip.. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Numerous metro/subway stops just a few steps away. Go for a run along the Seine river anytime, as is just across the street. Unobstructed view. As with most Parisian buildings, occasional daytime construction may occur nearby in accordance with local regulations.
