You have the cottage in its entirety and you will always be the sole occupant of the premises.

Het huis (ca 200m2) is geschikt voor grote gezinnen/families (10 p). Eventueel en indien beschikbaar is de naastgelegen guesthouse erbij te huren (2-4p). Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en volledig energieneutraal.
