Villa Katarina & Luka is part of the old stone house constructed 1937., and was completely renovated and upgraded 2010., where attention was paid to natural materials, stone and wood, and that he does not disturb the native style. Villa Katarina & Luka is composed of a ground floor, first floor and attic of 110 m2. Capacity is 4 people. The ground floor consists of living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom (shower, toilet), from the living room open onto a covered terrace overlooking the garden, patio and pool. Everyone will feel comfortable in this spacious and unique accommodation with a beautiful view. The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. A garden with the olive groves, animals such as cats, dogs, goats and rabbits gives a special exiperience.

Casa Ava is an original stone Istrian house. It is situated 12 km from Porec where the nearest beaches are. The nearest market and restaurant are in Baderna,1 km away. . Truffle area in Motovun and Groznjan are a short drive away as well as many vineries. Porec is also famous for entertainment,there are always music or sport events throughout the year. Marked bike routes are just at your doorstep. The floor heating and radiators have just been installed so it is very warm in the winter.

Dazu gehört auch ein großer beheizter Infinity-Pool zur alleinigen Benutzung und ein großzügige Outdoor-Küche mit Grill. Hinweis: Der Pool kann von April bis Oktober beheizt werden. Das Beheizen kostet 20€ für max 10 Stunden/Tag und wird zusätzlich abgerechnet.

All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.
