The delightful Sassolo B&B, situated in the comfortable atmosphere of the quite Monte San Pietro hill, offer relax in the countryside, 20 minutes from the center of Bologna, where you can relax and enjoy food, wine, and cultural tours. A few miles away you will find 2 golf courses, CAI trekking or mountain bike paths, or relax on loungers in the garden. The B&B called Casa Sassolo 1713 is a beautifully restored 4 fronted family home located on the top of a hill with forests, with a large garden and surrounded by black locusts, walnut and elm trees where it is not difficult to see deers and wildlife. It can accommodate up to 5 people. At your disposal there is a large open plan loft with sleeping area, living area, private bathroom, satellite TV and wi-fi.

We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

La posizione permette di raggiungere Bologna in pochissimo tempo e, allo stesso tempo, di passeggiare tra i sentieri del parco, fare trekking lungo la Via Francesca della Sambuca, visitare città etrusca di Misa e l'eccentrica Rocchetta Mattei. Bologna è a soli 30 minuti di distanza. Valentina e la sua famiglia vi aspettano.

Beautiful courtyard apartment set in over 20 acres - the location is just right for relaxing, and eating some of the best food in Italy. If you love mountain biking or hiking this is perfect. We are 40 minutes from Bologna airport. Our nearest town is Vignola, rich in history and famous for its cherries. You can explore the region of Emilia Romagna, and return each evening and watch the sun go down with a chilled glass of wine. (2 nights stay in Winter when requested)

Perched on top of a hill in the countryside between Bologna and Modena, this lodge is a great location for exploring the area. It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. The house, decorated with mid century design & furniture and fully air conditioned, has 4 sleeping rooms and 5 bathrooms. Please note: you need a car to reach us and to enjoy the area. Casina del Gelso

A small cozy nest in the mountains and woods of the Bolognese Apennines. Casina del Gelso is located in a medieval village of the 1400s. Equipped with all comforts, it is 25 km from Bologna, an hour and a quarter by car from Florence, and immersed in an area rich in natural and cultural beauties. To reach the village you need a private vehicle or good hiking shoes, the train station is 4 kilometers away.

Exclusive suite in an old mill

The Suite is inside a historic mill and is composed by three privated spaces: the main room with the kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom. The place is very quiet, easy to reach and provided with a large private space where park the car. On our guidebook we listed the best traditional restaurants where dinner, several venues where taking a great breakfast and wonderful places to visit near us.

Mulino del Re: una casetta nel bosco

Il Mulino del Re è una location unica ed incantevole, un'oasi di pace e tranquillità a due passi da Fanano (5 minuti di macchina), nella splendida cornice degli appennini Modenesi. La casetta si trova ad un'ora e mezza da Bologna e da 1 ora da Modena ed è perfetta per una fuga romantica o per una vacanza in famiglia.
