Bright and central suite with a balcony

Ubytování u Petry naplnilo naše očekávání. Petra velmi proaktivně komunikovala a se vším nám poradila. Poskytla nám dětskou postýlku i židličku. Umožnila nám také check-in výjimečně dříve, protože věděla o našem brzkém příjezdu do Brna. Byt byl útulný a dobře dostupný do centra města. Mohu doporučit.

Great location!!! Walkable to so much. Veronique was extremely responsive and helpful. The place was clean and the kitchen, washer and dryer were a plus! As noted in the listing, there is no elevator so be prepared to walk up some stairs. Parking is a quick walk. I would definitely stay here again.

Ubytování, je nádherné. Prostorné. Terasa je obrovská a výhled z ní je skvělý. Lokalita ubytování je výborná, jste skoro v centru a zároveň klid, všude dobré podniky a Kraví hora s hromadou zeleně je pěší procházkou také blízko. Hostitel byl skvělý se vším poradil, zařídil, velmi milý a sympatický. Ubytování je vhodnější pro dospělé, pro malé děti je tam hromada lákadel, které do dětských ručiček nepatří. Věříme, že jsme se neviděli naposledy. Ještě jednou děkujeme moc.

Top lokalita - 3 minúty na výstavisko, 10 minút pešo do centra Brna. Kúsok krásne remeselné pekárne. 10 krokov od bytu pivovar :) Byt krásny, nový, príjemná posteľ a ľahká dostupnosť. Odporúčam!

The apartment was just what I was expecting based on the photos and the overwhelmingly positive reveiws, it was very clean and well equipped and in a quiet location just a short walk from tram and bus routes that take you into the city centre and to the main train and coach stations in 10 minutes. There are three big supermarkets in easy walking distance from the apartment, and we felt very safe walking around even late at night. Jan is a superb host, the check in was easy and Jan was there to meet us even though our flight arrived late at night. As the local supermarkets were closed Jan very kindly offered to drive us to a supermarket a few miles away so that we could get some essentials and things for breakfast! This was so unexpected and something I've never experienced in other places I've stayed. I'd definitely stay here again and have no hestation in reccomending Jan's place as an ideal base for exploring Brno.

Byt je krásný, klasický, má moc příjemnou atmosféru. Cítila jsem se v něm opravdu jako doma. V noci byl klid. Výhled na klášter je nádherný. Pobyt jsme si užili a doufáme, že sem ještě někdy zavítáme : )

We needed a peaceful and inspiring place to retreat and write, so we probably stayed longer than most guests. We really enjoyed our time in Třebíč ! The host kindly greeted us and did everything to make our stay comfortable. The apartment itself is spacious and quiet, and the location couldn't be better.

The apartment in person looks even better than in the pictures. The place is quiet and peaceful. My favorite thing about the location is that is right by the Luzanky park, perfect for walks and exercise. There’s also a small supermarket nearby. Drahomir is always at reach and is very friendly. There is an elevator on the building, but you do need to walk one flight of stairs to get to the apartments floor, but it’s fine. The place is cozy, with a functional kitchen and a beautiful washroom. The place is well lit, and there are plenty of lights inside. I definitely think the place is worth the stay and would come here again.

Great place to stay in Brno! It is right in the middle of town and walking distance to everything. Having A/C was also really lovely because it was quite hot out! Thanks for a great stay.

Ha valaki hamisítatlan vidéki élményre vágyik, ahol mégis minden kényelmet megtalál, akkor ez az Airbnb apartman Waldviertel szívében tökéletes választás! Négy éjszakát töltöttünk el itt, és minden pillanatát élveztük. Az apartman teljesen felszerelt – a konyha gyönyörű és praktikus, az ágyak és a matracok kényelmesek, a bútorok igényesek, minden részletre gondoltak. Tiszta, barátságos, otthonos. A vendéglátóink, Szabine és Krisztián, hihetetlenül kedvesek, rugalmasak és informatívak voltak. Már az érkezésünk előtt is rengeteg hasznos tanácsot kaptunk, és a helyszínen is mindig készségesen segítettek. A környék lenyűgöző: túráztunk természetvédelmi területeken, átkeltünk a cseh-osztrák határon egy festői hídon, meglátogattunk egy csodás kastélyt, és olyan hangulatos kisvárosokat fedeztünk fel, amelyek a toszkán táj szépségét idézik. Bár nem a klasszikus osztrák hegyvidéken járunk, a dombos vidék nagyon barátságos és befogadó. Szívből ajánlom ezt az apartmant és a környéket mindenki

Cozy residence apartment

Great stay : the apartment was great and in a Nice neighborhood. The supermarket was close by as well as the tram, plus thé city center is also close enough to walk to it. Bara and Jan were very friendly. I highly recommend staying at their place!

A unique house, with history and soul, at the same time You have everything You need and expect from a rented place. Katerina was always responsive and helpful. Comfortable beds, wonderful garden, singing birds, local wineries, 10 minutes to Czech, 50 minutes to Vienna - best value for money and a great place to relax

This is a really lovely suburban area, safe, quiet, families around. Several parks are within easy walking distance as is the city centre. Nice little shopping area, plenty of places to eat and have coffee. The apartment is the first one in the foyer on the ground floor which makes it easy for those of us who are not used to apartment living. Facilities are good and it was a lovely home for me for 3 months. Petra was an excellent host and i now count her as a friend.

Ubytování bylo skvělé! Moderní byt, který nás okamžitě zaujal svou útulností a vybavením. Největším bonusem byly dvě obrovské televize, vířivka a prostorná vana, které dodaly pobytu na luxusu. Všechno bylo čisté, stylové a promyšlené do detailu. Navíc je byt skvěle umístěný – jen 5 minut od centra tramvaji, což bylo opravdu praktické. Hostitel byl velmi rychlý v komunikaci a proaktivní, což celý proces ještě více usnadnilo. Opravdu jsme si pobyt užili a můžeme jen doporučit.

Sehr gute Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und schöne Orte schnell zu Fuß oder mit der Bahn erreichbar! Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt bei Lukas und uns hat es sehr gefallen. Lukas hat eine sehr schöne und detailreich eingerichtete Wohnung.
