This spacious home is directly across from the beach 100m from the Umdloti Tidal Pool and 250m from restaurants and a coffee shop. It offers front row panoramic ocean views with the most magnificent sunrises. A generator keeps the lights on during load shedding. Sipping on cocktails from the large jacuzzi inspired splash pool is the best place to be on a hot summers day as the dolphins swim past. Whale watching is breathtaking in the winter months. 10/15 minutes from Umhlanga/Ballito & King Shaka Airport. Jojo Tanks have been installed if there are any water shortages. No Parties allowed.
