Το διαμέρισμα(30τ.μ)είναι στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης.Βρίσκεται δίπλα σε καφετέριες και εστιατόρια και απέχει από την παραλία 10 μέτρα.Βρίσκεται σε 2ο όροφο οικοδομής και διαθέτει ασανσέρ.Η κουζίνα περιέχει όλες τις ηλεκτ.συσκευές (Ψυγείο,φούρνος,πλυντήριο ρούχων,εσπρέσσο μηχανή).Διαθέτει ξεχωριστό υπνοδωμάτιο από την κουζίνα,διαθέτει όμορφο μπαλκόνι με υπέροχη θέα και μπορείτε εκεί να απολαύσετε το πρωινό σας.Διαθέτει ένα όμορφο λουξ μπάνιο.Επίσης υπάρχει ελεύθερο WIFI, ac και τηλεόραση.

Blue Garden 3

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Φιλοξενεί άνετα 3 άτομα στο king-size και στον καναπέ-κρεβάτι, διαθέτει κουζίνα και μπάνιο με ντους. Η μοναδική του τοποθεσία προσφέρει μαγευτική θέα στην πλατεία και το λιμάνι της πόλης καθώς και ένα υπέροχο ηλιοβασίλεμα. Κοντά στο διαμέρισμα θα βρείτε ό,τι θέλετε να φάτε, να πιείτε και να ψωνίσετε. Ο τοπικός σταθμός λεωφορείων απέχει 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια και ο σταθμός των ταξί 4 λεπτά .

One bedroom cozy apartment at Kedros. Peaceful with amazing view. Acommodates 3 or a couple with a child. Traditional house in tune with natural surroundings that caters all modern needs. Infinity view to Vathy town. Underneath the house there is an unorganized private beach and other organized beaches 5'drive away. Check "Paradise apartment" as well if you are big family or friends who want to arrange holidays together. The two apartments are independent and close to each other.

Καλαίσθητο διαμέρισμα 45 τμ με υπέροχη θέα στον φυσικό κόλπο της πόλης της Σάμου. Η απόσταση από το κέντρο είναι 1,2 χλμ., με ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης. Βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη και ασφαλή γειτονιά και διαθέτει ενιαίο χώρο καθιστικό με κουζίνα, μεγάλο μπαλκόνι, ένα υπνοδωμάτιο και ένα μπάνιο.Μπορει να φιλοξενήσει έως τέσσερα άτομα καθώς διαθέτει διπλό κρεβάτι και καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι. Στην περιοχή υπάρχει σούπερ μάρκετ (1 χλμ),παραλία(1,5 χλμ), γυμναστήριο (200μ) .

Balcony on the sea

A traditional summer house, recently renovvated with respect to the local tradition. This upper floor apartment, which is accessed by a flight of stairs can accommodate up to five people. It has two bedrooms, a double with single bed, and a twin room with two single beds. There is a basic Greek style kitchen with oven, fridge, , coffee making machine and all necessary utensils. The shower room has a shower cabinet, toilet and sink, as well as washing machine.

Stonehouse is a wonderful two floor residence that combines both the traditional and modern element, providing all comforts for a unique accommodation in Samos island. It is located in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood with a magical panoramic view of Vathy bay.
