Nelle vicinanze troverete: supermercato, pasticceria, pizzeria, farmacia e biglietteria per i bus. Su richiesta, possiamo venirvi a prendere dagli aeroporti di Venezia e accompagnarvi all’appartamento con un costo aggiuntivo.

Posizione ideale per chi vuole visitare Venezia. In zona tranquilla, di fronte alla fermata del bus o a 1 minuto in auto dal parcheggio gratuito dalla fermata del treno che in 20 minuti porta in centro storico ( treno diretto, 2 fermate). Ingresso indipendente, pano terra. Con piccolo giardino. Zona giorno, camera, bagno. La camera ha un letto matrimoniale a baldacchino del quale abbiamo eliminato ogni cigolio e un divano, più un lettino di 130 cm su richiesta. Parliamo inglese e portoghese.

La porta d'ingresso si apre sull'ampio giardino con possibilità di relax all'esterno. Il parcheggio è sempre disponibile all'interno della proprietà.

Ideale per coppie, due amici o una piccola famiglia ma puo essere adattato anche a quattro persone. Abitiamo accanto e vi possiamo custodire i bagagli prima del check-in e dopo il check-out. At the time of check in we will request a photo ID or passport to check in and also will collect €4 “tassa di soggiorno Venezia Italia”(tourist city taxes) per person per night. Exception person 10-15yo will be charged €2 and children under 10yo are exempt. However the fee is discontinued after 5 consecutive days of stay. The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
