Really enjoyed our stay. Space was comfortable and peaceful. Host was kind, thoughtful, and very responsive. Location was perfect for us to explore. Good nearby eateries and a convenience store. Washer and dryer was a plus.

Excelente estadía. El apartamento estaba limpio, cómodo y en buen estado. El área espectacular, áreas recreativas diversas, la playa a pasos, piscina y áreas de estar. Nos sentimos seguros y disfrutamos de la tranquilidad y buen ambiente. Agradecida de los host, Noel y Damaris, que estuvieron disponibles en todo momento para contestar y resolver. Fueron amables y excelentes anfitriones. Lugar recomendado y nos encantaría regresar.

Everything was beautiful and safe. I will definitely be coming back. This place was spotless. Everything was clean. It was so clean you barely wanted to touch anything and I mean I felt like home. It was so peaceful and just romantic, and it was a great memory overall thank you for giving me this opportunity to visit a place like this thank you❤️

Kitchen was neat & nicely decorated. Many kitchen supplies including multiple coffee options, wine fridge. Kitchen Island was our place for eat in dining and the space was well lit. Fans & A/C available that made the temperature comfortable. Living space was open and furniture was comfortable. The bedrooms were decent size, each with A/C & fans that worked very well. Decorations were simple yet stylish. Bathrooms were well kept and adequate size for one. A couple of the doors were sticky and one had a hinge issue. We advised Francesca and she had her team respond quickly. There was one wall in the front hallway that needs a coat of paint, which we might not have noticed if Francesca hadn't let us know about it. We would stay here again.

Carlos was very attentive, responsive, friendly and welcoming. This beautiful apartment was perfect for me and my family to spend our long weekend. Carlos had everything you can think of regarding kitchen equipment, bathroom necessities, pool and beach essentials, even BBQ grill ready! We are most definitely already thinking about our next stay.

We had a great time in PR for my daughter senior spring break trip. Our rental was nice, clean & quiet. The beds & sheets were comfortable & the A/C kept us cool. We appreciated the beach umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels & cooler. There were plenty of bath towels & extra blankets as well. The hosts were quick to reply with any questions we had. We would stay here again. It was very close to the rainforest entrance & not far from Luquillo Beach or the excursions on the East side. We didn't get to take advantage of swimming in the ocean in front of the condo complex as it was red flags all week. We kinda expected that though from all the research we did ahead of time. The north shore beaches are generally too dangerous for swimming, especially in the winter. The beach was beautiful & natural though. You can walk in either direction. Loved all the palms & pines. The pool was the perfect temp. We would take a dip after exploring for the day. Lots of great restaurants nearby too.

We had not gone to PR for about 10 years missed our island soo much. I am glad i rented this place, it was beautiful front beach and great pool area. The Beach is not for swimming it has a red warnning strong currents. So we drove to seven seas and to luquillo most of the time for the beach. But the place was clean, air conditioner on every room and living room. Master bedroom was comfy and big bathroom. My kids loved it and felt like home. Thank you

Had a fantastic stay at this beach house! The location is unbeatable—right on the beachfront, just a minute’s walk to the water. The place was spotless, well-equipped with all the amenities, and incredibly comfortable. The host was extremely responsive, answering any questions within an hour. Highly recommend for a relaxing beach getaway!

Place was nice and roomy. Lots of space! We had enough room for our one friends to show a few of the couples in our group how to swing dance. View in the front and back of the place were awesome, especially of the rainforest in the back! Things to know: Lots of mosquitoes, make use of the zappers provided! Air conditioner in the kitchen doesn’t do a great job of keeping that area and the dining area cool. Everywhere else, the a/c worked great! 1 bathroom has no hot water, and during our a stay, a second bathroom was also unable to get hot water. So, the only bathroom with hot water was in the master bedroom, which wasn’t ideal. It wasn’t that much of a problem except for night showering. During the day, the sun must have kept the ground so warm that the water was still lukewarm and not too cold. You may get suddenly told about scheduled landscape and other maintenance techs that you will have to leave the gate unlocked for them to get in.

My family had a great time here (2 adults and 2 kids ages 13 and 7). The place is very clean! It's a gated community and the 24/7 security guard made us feel very safe here. Marylin was very responsive and gave us some recommendations on places to eat. The beach supplies were very useful (beach towels, beach toys, chairs and wagon). Washer/dryer was nice to have and laundry detergent was provided. We only cooked breakfast, but the kitchen is fully stocked with lots of dishes, cups, utensils, cooking pots, cooking utensils and coffee! The only thing we didn't have was salt/pepper but I used the ones I got from takeout food. Would definately stay here again if we come back to Puerto Rico!

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. We had a total of 8 people staying on this trip. The home has plenty of space to spread out and relax. Enjoyed the beautiful views, privacy, and pool. Appreciated many amenities such as the a/c, full kitchen, beach chairs/cooler/umbrella to use. Also appreciated the small things listed in the amenities and the binder full of area recommendations at the house. The location was great. Easy to get to El Yunque, San Juan, Luquillo, and Fajardo for all of the activities. Reached out to owner a couple of times for issues or suggestions via the app and got immediate responses.

Carlos was quick to answer our questions and the house was equipped with everything we needed. There was an island wide power outage during our stay, but we were not impacted because of the back up generator! There were plenty of linens and beach towels, pool accessories and kayaks. It's a perfect place to stay with kids. The house was spotless and the environment was so peaceful. We could have stayed on site the entire trip and we would have enjoyed every minute of it. We hope to return in the future.

Our family had a great stay at La Hacienda. It was a tricky drive through the winding rainforest roads in the dark, but location was just how Gerardo described. He was proactive with checkin instructions and local recommendations. The house is in a great location by the river and in the rainforest-you can hear the coqui and birds and river flowing all the time. It’s just a short drive to grab groceries or check out the beach/shops in Luquillo. The outdoor living room space was really nice in morning and evenings while relaxing between activities - the ceiling fan helped keep away the few mosquitos that snuck in. Las Pailas is super close and our kids loved spending hours there. Tour groups came in waves so they got a lot of time on the short and high water slides and loved climbing on the rocks - just be careful and carry things on your back and not in your arms! :)

STAY HERE! Perfect spot for a small family. And some of the best hosts we’ve come across on this app. We booked this last minute due to a bad experience we had at a different air bnb. Annie offered for us to check in early because we explained the situation. Very responsive, kind, and helpful. The location is perfect. Beach, pool, rooftop, hot tub. Couldn’t ask for a better spot. Book it. You won’t regret it.

My stay at Jesus’s place was perfect! The place was perfect for my family and I, it was spotless and very convenient to local restaurants, shops and the beach was walking distance. I couldn’t recommend this place anymore. 10/10!

We had a great stay at Edith’s! Plenty of space for 5 of us, nice small beach nearby (the house has kayaks!), cute friendly neighborhood animals, and a very budget friendly bakery a few minute walk away for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!!

A great apartment, footsteps from a beautiful beach. The hosts are incredibly responsive and helpful with all questions. Highly recommend this stay and we will certainly consider coming back.

I had a great week at David and Anthony’s condo. They were excellent hosts and always quick to respond with any questions or concerns. The complex is quiet and secluded and the beach is excellent. It’s clean and safe and very family friendly. It is a short drive to many nice restaurants and stores. It’s also a great location for day trips such as El Yunque, Old San Juan, or the ferry terminal to Culebra. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Puerto Rico. And I would recommend Anthony and David’s place for any couple or small family.

A really amazing place! It fit our party of 6 so comfortably, and the location was perfect. Within 15-30mins of the major sights. Our teens LOVED the private beach, and all the terraces in the apartment. Hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive when needed, and the house came stocked with drinks and everything we needed to cook meals. Would definitely come again!

This is a cute condo with a beautiful beach, we felt like we were on a private island! It’s a great location to hike the national forests and far enough away from the big city. Lots of extra beach gear was available to use. I’d definitely recommend Juan’s place!

We had an amazing stay at this penthouse! It looks exactly like the photos, and the view is absolutely beautiful. The location was great—just a 30-minute drive without traffic (or 45 minutes with traffic) to the airport or San Juan. Mario was a fantastic host, checking in throughout our trip to make sure everything was going well and that we had everything we needed. The home was fully stocked for cooking, the beds were super comfortable, and they even provided everything you could need for a beach day. My son was especially excited about the boogie boards! The apartment is very spacious, so we never felt cramped, and it was perfect for our family trip celebrating my mom’s birthday. We will definitely be back and can’t wait to bring our friends next time!

Gosh I love this condo! Very clean, has everything you need. The property itself is pristine. Yohanhs is a phenomenal host. Very polite, replied quickly to anything. She helped us before we arrived to arrange a rental car. You will NOT regret renting her condo. I felt very safe in the area, as well:)

We loved our stay at Rio Mar Village and were very sad to leave when our trip was over. The condo was very comfortable and well-stocked. It is at the end of a cluster and we enjoyed the privacy of it. Walking to the complex pool is feasible (10 minutes or less to walk), but we mostly chose to drive. The pool was beautiful and quiet--at most 4 other people in it when we were there. You have to drive to get to the beach and restaurants, but that was no problem for us. Supermarkets and Walgreens are within 10 minutes. The mouth of El Yunque is also a quick drive from the resort entrance. Airport (when no traffic) was 35 minutes drive and Old San Juan is about 45 minutes. Great restaurants in the resort but also near Luquillo Beach. Of all the places we have stayed in Puerto Rico, this was the best. It gave us easy access to everything we wanted to do on the island while also giving us the peacefulness and privacy of our own home. Loly is a great host and replies to texts right away.
