Beautiful and fully remodeled beach condo in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico that is only a few steps away from its own private beach! Located in a gated community where you can enjoy 2 swimming pools, tennis & basketball courts, a playground, and it’s only a five-minute drive from 2 golf courses. A quick drive to all the major tourist attractions, including El Yunque Rainforest, horseback riding, the Luquillo Kiosks, and much more. And it’s very close to supermarkets, restaurants, and entertainment.

RELAXING BEACH APARTMENT- ready to enjoy!

This beach apartment is close to El Yunque Rain Forest and the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Hotel. It has walking access to a beautiful beach; pool and playing area. Good for couples and families (with kids). It's on a first floor, has two parking spaces available, internet, TV, equipped kitchen and everything needed to relax. It's a one bedroom apartment with a queen size bed on main bedroom and a sofa bed (queen size) on family room. Both areas (main bedroom and family room) have air conditioner.

Coqui-Cozy Place is a lovely apartment recently remodeled; surrounded by Coco Beach Golf club of "Hyatt Regency Hotel”; walking distance to the community beach, perfect for relaxing; near “El Yunque National Forest”,can enjoy hiking trail & take a dip in the waterfalls; near Luquillo Beach one of the nicest & it’s diverse culinary kiosks; near to St Regis and Wyndham Golf Resort. Our name comes from one of the endemic animals of PR "El Coqui" which you can enjoy its particular song at night.
