Quiet Little House on the Beach

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Βρείτε ξανά την επαφή με τη φύση με αυτήν την αξέχαστη απόδραση. Διαμονή πάνω στα δέντρα με απεριόριστη θέα στην θάλασσα και την διάσημη γέφυρα Ρίο-Αντίριο. Πολυτελής ξύλινη κατασκευή με έμφαση στην άνεση, τη χαλάρωση και την ασφάλεια. Το δεντρόσπιτο είναι κατασκευασμένο σε περιφραγμένο οικόπεδο, διαθέτει σίτες σε όλα τα παράθυρα και στα 500 μέτρα βρίσκεται η πυροσβεστική και η αστυνομία. Θα χρειαστείτε αυτοκίνητο για εύκολη πρόσβαση.

Kalavryta view (Ερύμανθος)

Μονόχωρο studio 35τ.μ. με διπλό κρεβάτι. Θέα από το όρος Βελιά ως τον Ερύμανθο και την πόλη Καλαβρύτων. Πρόσβαση στον 3ο όροφο μέσω εξωτερικής πέτρινης σκάλας. Αυτόνομη θέρμανση, πέτρινο τζάκι, μίνι ψυγείο και ηλεκτρικό μάτι για ροφήματα. Η σοφίτα διαθέτει εμφανή ξύλινη οροφή. Δεν διαθέτει μπαλκόνι, αλλά υπάρχουν κοινόχρηστα μπαλκόνια και αυλή. Ξύλα για το τζάκι παρέχονται κατόπιν συνεννόησης. Ψήσιμο στο τζάκι δεν επιτρέπεται.

Nature Kastria Kalavryta

The house is located in Kastria, a village near Kalavryta. The house has one bedroom(double bed), one bathroom and one living room, which has a big kitchen with fridge, oven, coffee machines, tost machine and all cook equipment. Next to the kitchen there is a sofa-bed and two tables, a small and a big. The house has two televisions, WiFi and there are heaters.

Country Stone House with big wood stove restored at 2014. Offers a big private courtyard with stone firewood oven and a barbecue. Check out the cellar where old rural tools and a barrel with the famous local 'agiorgitiko' red wine are kept.
