Celina’s place was exactly as described! We were here for a girls trip with my 3-year old daughter as well, and it felt like a very safe space for a toddler to roam around and also enjoy a girls trip. We also cooked all our meals during our stay and there was everything you needed for cooking and baking. The hot tub was amazing! I would love to come again!

My wife and I loved it! It was a perfect weekend getaway, the views were amazing and we will definitely be back!

Vivian was a wonderful host! She was friendly and her hospitality was beyond compare. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others looking for a respite away from the hustle of every day life. The woods behind the cabin were fun to explore and extremely peaceful. Wish I could give this place an extra star. The area is just gorgeous. The hiking trails, zip line for the kids, yard games and gas fire pit made us never want to leave the property. We spent mornings on the porch drinking coffee and watching dozens of hummingbirds bulking up for migration. Lots of room for our kids, their spouses, and grandkids. It was magical. The owners are just lovely people, and super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They treated us like friends. We’d all love to go back!

Great hosts with a peaceful and cute home. They were so kind to wait for us to arrive and show us the property. Very cute and friendly animals too! If you're staying for the Great Sand Dunes this is one of the best values to proximity you could ask for.

This place is super peaceful. Our cabin had a steam shower & sauna, this was so nice to have as this was a work trip. Bed was very comfortable. I Would highly recommend this place for a get out of the city & recharge getaway! Beautiful area. Thanks for hosting us Vivian.

Beyond fantastic! This place is a gem. It hurts to write a great review because I wish I could keep it a secret. Everything about this place screams a great time away from mundane life and recharging in nature. If you like to fly fish, there are monsters to be had in the river. The ranch dogs, Povi and RuRu kept my two little sons entertained and Glenn was more than a gracious host. This isn’t some minute by minute planned out ranch experience where you over pay for a catered trip that leaves you unfulfilled. This is a place where you can get far away from life and make time stop for yourself. It’s not the Ritz, it is freedom to experience ranch life with PRIME fishing all around you! There are not enough 'Allowable characters' in this box to describe how magical the location is. The cabin is tucked away in a meadow with aspen trees twinkling gold, Evergreens towering, and the mountains whispering freedom and peace. The space has character only something build with love overtime could have. Every direction you look is a visual treat. If that was not enough, the space is filled with ever amenitie needed to cook a fantastic meal, enjoy a good night sleep or be entertained without leaving. Fun games, books and movies sprinkle the space. If you are like me the fenced yard for our four legged family members was a real plus. If dogs are not thing the patio is amazing looking out over the yard and you wouldn't know by the inside that pets are allowed. The hosts are amazing and attentive. Definitely book NOW!

Our stay at the Courthouse Cabin was nothing short of amazing. The place is even more beautiful than the photos suggest, with an authentic charm that transports you back to the 1800s. We were a large group of 12 adults and 4 kids, and the Robertson family could not have been more accommodating. They were incredibly flexible with our check-in time, which was a lifesaver since we were coming from 5 hours away and had a few changes in our itinerary. The entire experience reminded me of my grandparents' farm, especially waking up to the sounds of the animals and the fresh breeze. The kids had a blast, even though not all participated in the horse riding. The hosts made sure they could still interact with the horses and even took some great photos. It was a highlight of the trip for them. The Robertson family went above and beyond, even mailing back a blanket that one of the kids left behind. He was over the moon to get it back. We highly recommend this beautiful, off-grid retreat.

Jared reached out to give us clear instructions and some local tips. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the Airbnb was exactly what we expected. While definitely remote, it was just what we needed to avoid fireworks on the 4th (terrified dog) and enjoy a little family vacation. We would definitely go back!

My party had a great stay at Shawn's cabin. Shawn was a great host and communicated well. The place was super clean and tastefully decorated too. The highlight of my stay was the beautiful views to be had from the back porch and nearly every window. We especially enjoyed the pool/pingpong table as well. Would 100% book here again!

The house was clean and well kept and looks as the pictures show. Cuchara and La Vita have the small town charm with lots of outdoor activities such as hiking, sledding, beautiful drives with abundant wildlife. I will definitely stay again if in the area.

Our family has stayed in 20+ cabins in the valley over the years. The cleanliness, supplies, and deck next to the river make this top of our list for the smaller group that went this time. There really wasn't anything we wished for. We would book this again.

Got this Airbnb for my husband and a few buddies of his to star gaze. It was perfect for what they needed! The only downside was the tap water smelled of sulphur. We do understand there is most likely well water so it’s not a complaint by any means just something to note. Overall this place did exactly what was advertised and they had such a wonderful time!

This place was nothing short of amazing. An incredible location matched with amazing hosts. The hosts were so friendly and really went out of their way to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. It’s hard to pick a favorite part of the stay but the hot tub ranks very high. And I’m not sure I’ve ever had a breakfast as beautiful as the ones we had here, looking into the mountain range as we ate every day. Highly recommend staying here!
