Bright and central studio apartment near promenade

This is a private studio apartment with its own private elevated entrance (10 stairs). It is served with private shower, kitchenette equipped with microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, breakfast table and air-conditioning. The property has just been renovated. Forming part of the first floor in our house, it is designed to accommodate two guests for short let holidays. Walking distance from Marsascala's promenade, rocky beaches, 100 metres away from bus stops and basic amenities.

Very spacious, modern finished third floor apartment is served with lift. Coin meter Air-conditioning in the main bedroom and living area. The apartment includes open plan kitchen/dining living. Double bedroom with walk in wardrobe and separate bathroom with walk in shower. Apartment is close to all amenities including restaurants and public transport and is situated 2 mins walk to the sea (one of the nicest beach in Malta). Neighbourhood is particularly quite and friendly.

Centrally located, sea front, new studio, one minute away from public transport, overlooking bars / restaurants / playing field for children, with fantastic views day and night. With bus in few minutes you can reach Luqa airport, three cities, Valletta, Saint Julian's, Sliema & Gozo. Lovely walks to Saint Peter Pool the fishing Village of Marsaxlokk, Pretty Bay and Smart City. Few minutes walk from sandy beach and amazing secluded rocky beaches to swim, snorkel and explore.

Seafront corner apartment with very large terrace right on the sea & its' prime assets are the breathtaking views of the bay all around. This apartment is a "one of". Swimming means just going down the stairs. The apartment has just been refurbished and everything is new. It consists of two double bedrooms, both bedroom are fully airconditioned. Fully furnished and air-conditioned kitchen/dining/sitting room. Second floor, no lift. All necessities. Strong Wifi.
