Keyless electronic lock You will have the bathroom, kitchen, living and bedroom all to yourself There are shampoo and body wash for you to use in the bathroom. Kitchen contains items like fridge, cook top(no range), coffee maker, kettle, microvave and toas in the kitchen. Bus stop is near the house (1min walk) 4 minutes drive to Parkland mall. There is grocery store, liquor store, Starbucks, Restaurant, Gym, ect in that area.

As the day comes to an end have some beverages on the deck watching the golfers go by while making your favorite meal on the gas BBQ or pellet smoker. You can spend the evening around the firepit reminiscing the days events while roasting marshmallows over an open fire.

Bathroom sink, shower, toilet. Larger bar size fridge, microwave, keurig, toaster, kettle, picnic table. Note: no actual kitchen. Guests cook on BBQ & fire pit.
