It’s our third stay here and as always we have had a wonderful time. The beds are so comfortable, the chalet is well equipped (the pre set up smart tv was a really lovely addition this time), the location is perfect and easy to get to, and we love the sun trap terrace which gets the sun all day.

Great place to stay house is very central, the town lacks a bit of energy, not lots to do. Suited our purpose as we stayed here to go to a wedding a few miles away.

We really enjoyed our stay In Cleveleys, the house is in a great spot, close to the beach and within reach of all of the amenities the town has to offer.

A cosy cottage with beautiful views of the sea from the lounge/dining room and Master bedroom. Access to the property was very easy, with a thoughtful welcome tray with tea, speciality coffee and cookies on arrival. The bathroom shower is great! A bench at the front of the cottage is perfect for a morning cuppa as the sun rises. Parking is on street - no charge In Filey. I was able to park directly across from the cottage for the duration of my stay. Joe and Sarah were lovely hosts - very welcoming and on hand for any queries. I’d definitely recommend and would stay here again.

We very happy with the house is good house for big family trip. Easy to parking car and check in. We have very nice trip in there. The owner she very nice she let us check in earlier. High recommend for her. Thank you so much

This was our second visit - we just love this place! The feeling of peace hits you as soon as you enter the bright, airy space. It’s described as ‘basic’ but has absolutely everything you need. The decor is v tasteful and everything works really well (kitchen, shower etc) and was spotlessly clean. We were blessed with amazing weather so spent nearly the whole time outside - swimming and paddle boarding in the lake, or just sitting outside reading and watching the birds/amazing sunsets. The neighbours were friendly, and we were v entertained by the kitten next door! We really only ventured out to have breakfast at the Ffolkes (highly recommended). Thank you Maddie for sharing this little gem!

the accommodation was in a great location for the beach and only a short drive to town. it is lovely and nicely decorated with extra touches that make it more comfortable. we had a couple of nights at the location and thoroughly enjoyed it the only slight downside was the electric meter. we were aware we would need to pay coins for it, it cost me a total of £10 over 2 nights which was just heating,lights and showers etc Belinda did communicate well in advance about the meter needing coins but it was still abit of a hassle pulling the sofa out to get to the meter and having to remember to top it up. I've never stated anywhere where I have had to pay for the electric before. still, we had a great stay and I would recommend it for the beach

I went away with my sisters and 2 friends for my Birthday weekend , we had such a wonderful time and this was definitely to do with where we stayed. The house is quirky , spacious and absolutely beautiful. I felt so at peace as soon as I walked in. There is a car park so close by with reasonable rates and so much on the doorstep. Camilla is an attentive and friendly host who was quick to offer recommendations of places to visit and to check in with us during our stay. Definitely book here it’s a wonderful place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the chalet in Barmston by the Sea! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the stunning beach, peaceful surroundings, and a great base to explore the area. We had trips to Bridlington animal park, Bempton cliffs to see the puffins and Sewerby Hall. The chalet itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Ben, the host, was brilliant—super helpful and always quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back again!

A lovely stay at Willow cottage; we went with family including our baby, toddler and dog and there was plenty of space for us all! A 5-10 minute walk to the beach, a stones throw away from the pub on site and a very central location with parking right outside the front door. Perfect for us, we loved our stay and made lots of memories here with our family. Thank you!

We've just had a 3 night break at Kingfisher Cottage. It has everything you need for a relaxing break. The beds were really comfortable, TV in the bedrooms, the kitchen had everything we needed including a small airfryer, great central heating and a bathroom with full bath and shower over. There is also a downstairs toilet. Parking was easy and we got parked right outside the back of the cottage which made it easy to pack and unpack the car. Jo is a great host and even let us check in early at 2pm. When we arrived there was milk in the fridge and a nice packet of cookies waiting for us. The onsite swimming pool was a hit with our 11 year old. The pub is good too and we treated ourselves to a yummy breakfast there after we checked out. We were sad to leave but will definitely stay there again. Thank you Jo for a lovely stay :-)

We had a lovely couple of days at the caravan, the view was lovely. We really enjoyed the sunset and also watching how far the tide went out. As well as watching the ferries come in and go out again. The beds were really comfortable and the heating was easy to use. Having the large grassed area just outside was lovely for the child to run about on but within view. I would recommend for a family and those wanting a step back from the hustle and bustle.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was beautiful and really well looked after- we all loved the design and felt at ease immediately. Every attention to detail had been thought about so we felt welcome from the get go. Great communication from hosts- they were really clear with any information we needed about check in, check out and went above and beyond. I would not hesitate to book here again. Loved the location too- loads to do. Thank you for having us!

Fantastic stay at Seaspray. Richard sent very helpful instructions before we arrived, not only detailing the check in and how to find the property, but everything we could have needed to make us feel at home. The home was beautiful and we were always warm. The weather turned up for us so we were able to make use of the great location for walls and the sea. You are very close to Filey and with Scarborough and Bridlington only slightly further, so we fit in all 3. We will be coming back. Wonderful state would definitely recommend

We have stayed at The Bay before. This lodge is finished to a really high standard and extremely well presented. We were really pleased with its size, layout and it is well positioned in The Bay. Close enough to everything and well placed for privacy and to enjoy a peaceful break. Andrea was a fantastic host and very responsive with any enquiries, we will definitely consider returning.

We stayed at Jonathan and Lindsay’s place for 3 days for our business trip in Blackpool:) The accommodation is spacious, cosy and wonderful! Everything we need is within reach and best of all we absolutely love the living area and the lovely kitchen, and it’s perfect for us to relax and have a good time together after a hard day’s work!! Fantastic stay, location couldn't be better - a stone's throw from the beach and a huge range of bars, restaurants, shops etc but set back on a side street so is also very quiet. The flat is nicely decorated and clean, with everything we needed to make ourselves feel at home - it's clear Kelly has put a lot of thought and effort into the place. Thanks for having us, and we'll definitely be coming back!

A really beautiful home from home accommodation. Really well maintained and so close to the lovely beach. Thorough video instructions before arriving about every appliance. Welcoming message and the host checked if all was well on arrival. A reminder about booking out to keep the property safe. Well worth the visit and highly recommend Redcar beach caravan park .

Wow what can I say , not enough stars to rate this beautiful house . The view alone is spectacular, the house is fabulous , a lovely welcome pack plus the house is immaculate. So handy for all amenities and lovely walks along the promenade. I cannot recommend this house enough , I cannot imagine anybody not enjoying their stay there . Thank you Gill for your communications and for allowing us to stay . I am sure my family will want to stay again .

Jeremy was very helpful and provided everything we needed. We were a touch apprehensive about staying in someone else’s property however it was still very private and had our own entrance so wouldn’t even know anyone else was there. Would stay again.

Excellent place to stay in Hornsea. Quiet location with sea views. Easy to find and plenty of parking. Very comfortable garage conversion. Very clean and tidy with a comfy sofa to relax on with a morning coffee.
