Attractively decorated, cute cottage that's comfortable, spotlessly clean and really well located for the centre if Harrogate . Cottage was beautifully decorated and equipped with everthing to provide the perfect home from home Andrew and Julie were super helpful providing comprehensive information for a super smooth checkin and stay. Lovely house for a short break. Very clean and tidy. Good area, quiet. Close by to some nice cafes on Micklegate (try number 84 for a great breakfast and coffee with fantastic service). Short walk to the river and on to The Shambles. Comfortable beds and plenty of room. Really lovely touch to have juice, pint of milk, tea and coffee available. Perfect and a nice little touch. Also a bottle of Prosecco! Tea towel, sponge and detergent supplied too. Just great. How it should be. Thank you.

Siobhan is a proactive host and messaged me with all the instructions for the house. Communication was brilliant throughout our stay and we were given excellent driving instructions to find the house. It's a little narrow on the street to park, but once there, you can leave your car (parking permit is available ) and walk because the location is amazing - so near to everything. The beds were super comfy and the bath is a good size to rest your weary bones after all that walking!! The lounge is comfy and there's a TV etc - has a real friendly feeling about the house. To be honest, we weren't in the house that long, so we didn't really use the kitchen or anything, just slept! Thanks 🙏

John is the perfect host. The house is beautiful and is home from home. John has great taste and is so helpful. The location is perfect for access to the Town. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely time at Caroline and Jon’s place in Scarborough. It’s a beautiful house and plenty of space. The enclosed garden was great too. The house is very close to the centre and the parking is great once you get a spot and keep it for the duration of the stay, no need to drive for a couple of days, we were so close to the sea front. The beds are comfy and it’s like home from home. We would recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Thank you Caroline and Jon 🤩

Beautiful spacious house just 15 minutes walk from York centre. Very well equipped, with a lovely garden. Roger was an excellent host, very responsive and we loved the box of goodies that was left - thanks!

Really nice place for 7 of us to get together for a reunion weekend. The house was comfortable with great decor and space to relax, plus room at the table for all of us. We found the heating a bit of a challenge and we were far too hot overnight (downstairs room, they struggled to adjust the radiator) but just turned it off completely on the second day. Lots of hot water and ample equipment, nice toiletries provided. It was inconvenient to have to meet beforehand to gain access, especially since there were roadworks nearby that caused a disproportionate delay to my arrival. Fortunately Beth's housekeeper was flexible around this, but, given that there is a key box, it seems an unnecessary complication. There was also a lot of "noise" before we arrived, in terms of instructions and rules for the property, none of which were onerous, just felt a bit unnecessary; but perhaps previous guests have been less than respectful in what is a lovely residential area.

Beautiful home in a historic building near Lendal Bridge. Great location for walking into town and also within short (7 minutes or so) walking distance from station. Everything was very functional and we wish we could have stayed longer!

We had an excellent few days in monk bar court. The location is very central and close to Yorkminster. The Wheelwrights team were very helpful and responsive. Recommended.

We stayed at Raphie's place for 2 nights with our young sons, it was great. great location for walking to the park and to shops and restaurants. The house was lovely - beautifully decorated and lots of home comforts. Raphie had also left some lovely amenities for us to enjoy in the fridge! A great alternative to a hotel that made for a really enjoyable break - we would definitely come back again!

Great house to stay in. Spacious and very very clean. We had everything we needed here. Parking in the street with a permit provided by Ann was so easy - its a big help when you can get easy parking outside the house. Ann was easy to contact and deal with and very friendly. Highly recommend and would gladly stay again.

This property is ideal for a few days stay in the area. It's not huge but perfectly adequate for 2 adults. And an ideal base for visiting local attractions in the area. It is very good value for money. Trudi was a great host

This is our second trip to Robs place. we really like the location as it is right on the canal and very quiet. We would happily stay there again.

Lovely modern stylish townhouse. Very comfortable, well-equipped, everything worked. Enjoyed watching Sky on the large screen TV. Easy to walk up to the Moor. We enjoyed our short stay.

We had a great stay. Location within walking distance from most places, as well as 10 mins from the train station. A quiet location just next to the city walls. The place was perfect for somebody in need of 3 bedroom stay, which was the case for us. Nearby places Robinsons Cafe and Bruberrie Cafe & Bar were both excellent for breakfast. Recommended for staying.

Lovely place. Easy to find. Close to the town. 15-20 min walk. Quiet area. Roof top terrace a nice bonus. Very clean and tidy. Lovely bed linen and towels. And nice touch with the crumpets. Butter. Tea. Coffee. Fresh milk and water. Loved York. Would 100% recommend to others.

Tiffanies property tick off all the boxes for me. Honest helpful honest host ready to help Lovely location clean and safe neighbourhood close to lovely shops restaurants supermarkets. Just a lovely clean neighbourhood and the best location. It is a lovely property. If you appreciate clean well maintained properties with fresh clean smell, lovely colours on the wall, nice real furniture, clean bathrooms that smells fresh that is Tiffany’s property. We had a wonderful stay, felt like home but at the same time it was classy and felt like a holiday for us even though we stayed for work . I will definitely rebook Tiffanies house with closed eyes. Thank you Tiffany looking forward staying at your lovely property again. I wish all hosts had clean houses well looked after like yours with a lovely friendly personality. We loved our stay in this lovely cottage centrally located in Saltaire. The house was beautifully presented and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms extremely comfortable. We hope to return soon

A lovely place to stay - clean, tidy and an excellent location. The house itself has everything we needed and plenty of space for all of our guests. Being able to go freely in and out of York centre without needing taxis was also great. This was a great find - I'm really pleased we stayed at Celia's and would definitely recommend!

Perfect getaway spot. Location is fantastic, 5 mins from Peasholme Park, 10 mins from North Bay. (Great fish and chips at end of road.) House was as described. Comfortable and homely. Really nicely done out - thoughtful touches everywhere and everything worked well. Access was easy and Simon was regularly in communication and on hand to help with anything we needed. We had a lovely break and would definitely stay again. Thank you

First time booking with air b n b and this was a gem to find. Beautiful house with the little added extras. The beds were so comfortable. Great location being so close to all amenities and the train station. Great hosts, will definitely return x

The house is a perfect spot to stay in and explore beautiful Beverly. We booked this lovely town without realising how perfect it is. The countryside surrounding Beverly is stunning and the town it self is a quaint and picturesque market town with pubs (live music) restaurants, cafes and shops you don't see on the high street that often. Just lovely. The house had very comfortable beds, was clean, tidy and very well appointed. Parking was not a problem we manage to outside the house the whole time we were there. There is also 2 other car parks you can see from the house which were never full.
