What a fab house this is. We stayed for 6 weeks and did not want to leave. Jo was always on hand if we needed anything but the house is so well set up that we rarely did. The location is fab on a quiet back street but a COOP, Indian and nice bar all within a few mins walk. The house is really well presented and has everything you’d need for a short or longer stay. The hot tub is a great addition and the garden feels really private. All the bedrooms are a great size and perfect for couples. I can’t rate this place highly enough! Full 5 stars from us!

Yasin was very responsive and accommodating with the timings and the place was clean and well looked after.

I'm not sure what to say that already hasn't. We have just had an absolutely lovely Easter weekend at Michelle and Johns wonderful cottage. The place is thoughtfully decorated throughout and has a very homely feeling to it. Everything was modern and spotlessly clean with thoughtful little touches like dog towels, grocery essentials and soaps. The location is very peaceful but find yourself a mere five minute walk to the centre of Marsden and all it has to offer. Having stayed at many Airbnb rentals, this is without doubt equally one of the best and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone considering staying. We will be returning to Marsden and hope we will be able to stay once again as it ticks all boxes. We didn't have the pleasure of meeting in person but Michelle and John's communication was so quick and could not have been more friendly and helpful.

Really nice modern 4 bed detached. Excellent location for football ground and local train station. Clean, spacious and all mod cons.

Great few days in this lovely little cottage . Within walking distance of our favourite restaurant (a bit in the dear side but great food ) we walked to the beach around a mile or so from the cottage. John was always quick to respond to any messages via air B&B and also let us know we could get in a little earlier than originally stated. Slight down side can be a little noisy from the road through the village but to be expected due to its position. It didn’t really give us any issues. Full of modern appliances and a modern kitchen. We will definitely be back.

We had a lovely night's stay at Chase. Before even arriving, Paul was great at giving us instructions and being available to answer any questions we had. He was very responsive and was kindly flexible with the check in time for us, arriving from Stirling, it was perfect to check in and get rid of our bags before exploring York. The house is a short walk from the bus stop, and we found getting the bus to and from no problem. Situated in a lovely, quiet, quaint area, we loved the location, peacefulness and safe feeling of the location. We stayed with my friend's baby and the provision of a carry cot was fab! We were met with a lovely welcome basket on arrival, which was a lovely touch. The house was bright, clean and a home from home for us. Lidl is just round the corner as well so we could get food and drink. A lovely stay for a group of friends and a wee one. We recommend staying here for anyone wanting time out of the city centre but with easy access to the shops and attractions.

Our 3 night stay here was great. Perfect location, supermarket close by and could walk to any attraction easily. Very comfortable and the wine, biscuits and other provisions were much appreciated.

Fantastic flat in a great location within easy walking distance of Peasholm Park and North Bay. Lots of great touches in this comfortable apartment and plenty of room for 2 x families of 4. Plenty of parking on the doorstep, just use the discs provided. Mark was a great host and so easy to contact. We'll definitely look to use again.

Anna's farmhouse apartment was just as it was described and looked on the photos. Clean, tidy, plenty big enough for our family of 4. It had everything we needed for our short break in York. Perfect out of town location with off road parking included so we could leave the car there and journey into and out of York each day using the park and ride bus number 59 only 15 min each way, so easy! Comfortable beds, with crisp clean linen for a restful sleep at the end of each day. Would recommend to anyone visiting York.

Perfect location, easy to walk to all the best spots in York. Beautiful, charming and spacious apartment for one or two people. I didn’t use the kitchen but it looked well equipped with ample counter space and seating. Bed was very comfy. Would stay here again

Lovely weekend stay in Harrogate - perfect location to walk to the centre and restaurants. Apartment was very clean and cosy, and it was very helpful having the parking permit to park directly out the front. Would highly recommend for any couple wanting to visit Harrogate for a few days.

Excellent place to stay - so convenient for the railway station and very quiet given it’s in the heart of the city. Good value for money and well equipped - feels like a home from home. Great host and great place in a city that we love more each time we visit! Thank you - hope to stay again!

We stayed here for 2 nights for a knitting/crocheting/girly chill out! And it was just perfect! Sat on the comfy sofa with the most picturesque views - and thoroughly relaxed. Plenty on the doorstep for places to eat and strolls to take. I fully recommend it and want to return again!

Excellent weekend stay, apartment was super clean and tidy. We loved the fact it was dog friendly! The apartment is easily accessible and situated above a row of shops, I expected a little noise however it was very peaceful and quiet the whole weekend. The large bed was a little too soft for us to sleep on (but that is personal preference). There were snacks & milk left out for us which was great. Would stay again!

Melisa and Tom’s apartment was perfect for a short girl’s getaway. Fantastic location, next to Waitrose which is handy. It had all the amenities if you wanted to dine at home but we were out for meals anyway. Great spot and communication with the hosts.

We had a great stay at this lovely Airbnb in York! The location was perfect—right in the centre and just a short walk from both the train station and the main sights in town. The place itself was spotlessly clean, well maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and really accommodating, which made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in York!

We had a lovely return visit to Diane's apartment and certainly hope to go again. We couldn't fault anything; everything so clean, the apartment well appointed, bed very comfortable with beautiful bedding and towels and everything you could possibly need or want. Malton is a perfect base to enjoy North Yorkshire. Great to meet Diane and Mark who were so friendly. Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful place and would highly recommend. Deco and furnishings done to a very high standard. Clean throughout and all rooms are great sizes. Super comfy bed with high quality bedding. All mod/cons, everything you need for your stay. Will definitely return. The best AirB&B we have ever stayed in. Teresa the owner was very helpful, a superb host. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

This lovely apartment had everything we needed for our 3-night stay. Clear instructions to check in, looks just like it does in the photos. The location is great, just minutes to walk into the beautiful city. We would highly recommend.

Great stay again. Very convenient for Wakefield. Only issue was the smoke alarm was very sensitive- be careful that steam doesn't escape into the hallway if you have a hot shower! Laura was very quick to come and help when the alarm went off (sorry again!).
