Fab host lovely house

Carol’s place is cozy with its own bathroom and an assortment of pillows, blankets and books. I especially appreciated the reading light by the bed. Carol is a gracious host who prepared a vegetarian breakfast for me each morning. I felt welcomed and comfortable.

This house is so lovely!! The pictures really don’t do it justice! There’s a kitchen with all the cooking utensils you could need and it’s very easy to get an Uber/Taxi from the building! The check in process is super easy as it’s just a lock box and Elias is always available by text if you need anything! Our host was amazing and the house facilities were not only clean but very stylish! Thankyou for a fab trip Elias, we will deffo be staying with you if we return! X

It is a stunning cottage and we would have loved to stay longer than just a weekend! The place is cosy, spacious and has beautiful views of the countryside. The host, Virginia was very thoughtful, friendly and helpful on checking and throughout the stay.

Amazing venue, spacious living space which was appreciated by all. The children loved the toys they found and the adults enjoyed the grounds, Poole and table football. Kitchen facilities were excellent and we all fit around the dinner table with ease and comfort. If you need a special place for a group get together this is the place to go. So much better than a formulaic bland hotel. Thanks to the team.

Lovely stay, looked exactly like the pictures, easy to find and a comfortable place to relax on the evenings. Well stocked kitchen which was nice as well as I like to still cook when I'm away! Easy to walk into Haworth and with parking right outside easy to drive to other attractions, lots of beautiful walks nearby which I enjoyed. Would stay again if I was in the area!

Lovely flat in a great (and picturesque!) location. Patrick was also an excellent host - really responsive but also went above and beyond leaving bread, jam and milk for breakfast etc. Definitely recommend and will stay here again if coming to Leeds!

Entering through a rather modest door right off the street we found Andrea's flat to be spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. As previous reviews the bedroom at the rear of the property is very quiet so you get a good night's sleep in the huge comfy bed. The kitchen is modern, well equipped with several nice touches left for us to get our stay started. The shower gives a good hot flow, much better than the puny electric ones in most properties. We are really pleased to have found Andrea's flat and as we visit York at least once a year we hope to stay again.

Perfect for 2 and for exploring Harrogate. An extremely comfortable bed,always a bonus !. Would definitely book again. Thank you.

Just lovely. The location of the apartment is in a little green oasis very close to Hyde Park. The apartment itself is actually quite big and very comfortable and warm. Best of all, breakfast - eggs, bacon, bread, butter, milk - were all provided so we didn’t need to nip to the shops for essentials. We had a really enjoyable stay. Thanks to Martin and Carmen, we will definitely come back.

I had the best two nights stay I think I’ve ever had on Air BnB. I have two dogs which can make some stays more tricker but not only was this the best absolute spot for the dogs, the cottage itself was wonderful. The cottage has been lovingly restored/ converted into the most tranquil gorgeous place. The setting is bliss, nestled deep in the Addingham moorland. Waking up to the birds singing and freshly baked bread is rural the dream, it’s just so gorgeous. Location is fab, during my stay I went to Ilkley, Saltaire, Addingham, Beamsley Beacon and Ribblehead Viaduct. Lastly, the hosts were lovely, welcoming a very chilled. Exactly what I wanted and it exceeded my expectations - thank you

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Diana. Die Wohnung ist sauber, schön und super Eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Ausstattung ist absolut ausreichend. In der Umgebung findet man alles was man braucht, von Pubs, Restaurants, Schnellrestaurants, Supermarkt und Tankstellen. Es ist auch zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Diana war super und der Check In sehr einfach. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Von dort kann man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Auto erkunden und erreichen. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden es wieder buchen. Kann man empfehlen.

A very comfortable place to stay with a huge TV in the lounge, comfy bed, great shower and nice helpful touches - milk and biscuits are always appreciated. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in a great dispenser in the shower and easy parking on the property. After saying I wanted to go for a walk, Mark helpfully gave me directions to the local reservoir that can be walked around. There is a nice pub opposite this road (a very short walk, just around the corner) and various other places a short drive or longish walk away. I wanted a good walk so for me, walking to the local pizza and separate fish and chip shop was good. I’d forgotten that in this part of the world fish is often fried in beef dripping, delicious! After my walk back to Mark’s place it was nice to have a cup of tea and a couple of sweet biscuits. Mark’s place is in an interesting old building which has been painted and finished inside to a very high standard. Comfortable and perfect for my needs.

Karen’s place is lovely, very modern, clean, well equipped, with a comfy bed. It has a beautiful view over the Holme valley and a lovely riverside walk just across the road. We had a small problem getting in but I think that was our fault really. It is definitely worth a visit. Holmfirth is a great place to visit and Karen’s place would be a good base. Thank you Karen, we enjoyed our stay.

Juliette and Nick’s loft is a peaceful and comfortable space in a safe and affluent residential area of Bramhope. There is a lovely view through large windows looking out over gardens, fields and hills. The breakfast was generous and I enjoyed the nice toiletries. I also appreciated the plants, books, ornaments and thoughtful touches which made it a homely and welcoming place to be. Juliette and Nick were really hospitable and all communication beforehand was great too. We recommend the loft as a fab place to stay and look forward to returning ourselves one day.

Most enjoyable 2 night stay in a clean, friendly, well organised and homely place. All good - no negatives Andy very kindly sorted a problem I was having with car phone and maps. I now need to make sure to exercise the tips he gave me.!!!!!

Hi arrived and felt welcome straight away .Nice area od Scarborough rural-quiet.Which I'm used to wonderful .Accommodation was perfect ,especially the separate bathroom with shower&bath.Breakfast each morning was attentive & nicely presented. Definitely book again as Sarah makes you feel relaxed &at home instantly. Is near to Scarborough but a good walk if your not to fit lol .Taxi would be a plan B if not .Air B&B for me in summer was perfect thankyou ♡

A gem of a place at the base of the Yorkshire Wolds, an area worth exploring in its own right! If it's not for the footpaths over the hills and through the vales, it could be for the buddhist temple and cafe, or for the hospitable villages dotted around and in the countryside. In Shiptonthorpe itself there is even a renowned garden centre and a restaurant. Richard and Neil provide you with a spacious room with bath suite in your 'own' corner of the upper floor, stylishly furnished with luxuriouis touches. To spoil you even more they provide breakfast for you, giving you a great start of your day. Don't look further, stop over at theirs!

The house is beautifully and sympathetically decorated and furnished, felt luxurious but not somewhere you were worried about touching things! Our bed was very comfortable, plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, thoughtful extras such as dressing gowns and a fridge in the room so we could make tea and coffee. Bathroom was another highlight, gorgeous deep bath and a walk in shower with lovely toiletries. Continental breakfast was delicious, a lovely touch to have bread from the bakery down the road. Our hosts were so friendly and helpful, top tips for places to go and visit as well as eat, different transport options into the city also explained. I will be recommending this accommodation to friends and family as I don't think they will find anything better in York.

Mandy's place is absolutely lovely, but even more so, Mandy is the most amazing host you could imagine. So warm and welcoming and the breakfast was super tasty! I had a wonderful during my stay and would definitely be back when I'm back in the area! Very very recommended!

This Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! Tucked away in a peaceful, quiet area it allowed for rest and relaxation. My husband truly enjoyed our twilight spa experience! Being able to see the stars at night, while relaxing in the hot tub, and spend quality time with my spouse was amazing.

Simon was a great host and the place was lovely. Not to mention Simon cooked a fantastic breakfast with all the options… would love to stay again, thanks
