The space is a private home and guests have sole access to the whole property. Host lives next door and is available for support. Be mindful the nest is perched above the garage and is only accessible by steep stairs.

You can also take long walks through the beautiful neighborhoods or enjoy a bite to eat throughout the city.

Grab a book and take it easy in the shaded garden hammock at a calm cottage with a cozy patio for balmy alfresco evenings. Stroll to a nearby restaurant for a locally-sourced dinner, then snuggle up in front of the TV in our peaceful retreat. This separate, private one-bedroom guesthouse is located in the back of our redwood tree-filled yard. This is an animal-free property due to monthly guests, friends & family with severe allergies. No exceptions. No Emotional Support Animals.

Vineyard stay on Great Bear Vineyards, homestead

A rustic homestead, built in 1860, set in a beautiful vineyard and farm. A very simple dwelling, with old and antique furnishings. It does have electric lights and a small bathroom with a shower, but that is about the last modernization this old homestead has seen in the last 160 years. If you are looking for a quiet get-away with no kitchen and no TV, where you can listen to the birds sing and squirrels play on the roof, then this is the place for you.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful second story guesthouse. The location of this house is perfect for travelers. All the freeways connect in West Sacramento near this house. Easily jump on the freeway 5, 50 or 80; to San Francisco , Lake Tahoe, Los Angeles, Oregon, Washington. Despite the close access to freeways this neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and away from the noise to relax and recharge.

Tiny Farm Cottage in Davis

Our home is within walking distance of an exciting, dynamic, world class university. If your business is at the University, you can park your car for the duration and walk everywhere. Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts, the Shrem Museum of Art, the UCD Vet School, are all within walking distance. Parent/teenager college visit? Our suite will accomodate. Please be fully vaccinated.

We have wonderful views of the Napa, Berryessa and Capay Valley mountain ranges. We’re surrounded by almond tree orchards and have a secluded backyard where stargazing is a must.
