We only have one unit here, so come be our exclusive guests. Drive down our road through trees and cattle fields and stay on the edge of the woods in a pocket of privacy. Our property is full of mature elm and oak trees. We have 7 acres of park like trails cut and mowed throughout the property. We protect our wildlife habitats so wild turkey, wild hogs, whitetail deer, raccoons, armadillos, hummingbirds, Robins, egrets, painted buntings, and red tail and red shoulder hawks are on the property.

Take it easy at Wildacres Cabin-a unique and tranquil getaway. Leave the city and traffic and view a night sky full of stars. Hike and explore all 62 acres. You might see rabbits and deer as well as beautiful wildflowers & songbirds. There are 2 ponds where you can catch small fish just be sure to bring your own fishing equipment. Enjoy yourselves at the outdoor firepit, or eat at the picnic table after you've grilled your meal on the BBQ pit. Inside there are boardgames, cards & puzzles.

Guesthouse at Mighty Oaks Ranch

Welcome to our unique & peaceful guesthouse, off the beaten path. Near Shiner, Moulton, Flatonia & Gonzales, this is the perfect place to use as a home base. With 900 sq ft of living space, the open concept combines the kitchen, dining, living, bedroom & private bathroom. The space includes a washer & dryer, carport & fenced kennel area. Pets are welcome to stay inside the guesthouse. Our arcade machine featuring 39 classic games is a hit. We hope you find this is your ‘home away from home’.

Our guests enjoy privacy of our bunkhouse. Living rm/shower/toilet and lav are downstairs. One twin bed/ futon in 'standing room' loft. Queen bed in private bedroom. WIFY and Roku/Hulu. Breakfast fixings: coffee, tea, cereal bars, instant oatmeal, waffle/muffin mix. Microwave, toaster oven, ele. hot plate for cooking. Dorm size refrig/freezer. Several great local restaurants. 4 museums. Pet friendly! $10 for each additional adult, after 2. Approx 6 miles from Cuero and 25 from Victoria.

The B Cottage in Shiner

Be our guest and come enjoy a romantic date night or if you need a place to stay for work, we have Wifi. Our place is simple, cozy, and offers a fun night away. Walking distance to historic downtown Shiner, Welhausen Park and the Spoetzl Brewery. Come and enjoy yourself in the "cleanest little city in Texas." Our cottage is one big room, queen size bed, shower/tub bathroom. It is set back from the street to the left of our home. We have a kitchenette with a full size coffee bar.

J-A Farm Stop

This is a perfect place to spend for an overnight stay or a short trip. The reason for this is because there is no kitchen, only a small fridge and microwave. The breeze way in between the guest suite and the main house is shared with owners but you will have total privacy in the guest suite which is separate from the main house. Our super friendly pups on the property love to greet everyone! NO Cleaning Fee!

Byrd's Nest Farm Stay Barndominium

Our one bedroom (oversized bedroom, 2 queen beds, and a twin rollaway bed Queen sleeper sofa in living area) barndominium offers a comfortable stay. Abundant wildlife and amazing views from the covered porches. Complete with a barbecue pit outdoor dining area and an amazing outdoor shower w/hot/cold water. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Perfect for family meals. Large selection of DVD movies.

Marian House: 2-Bedroom Getaway in Hallettsville

Come relax in this freshly renovated apartment attached to our historic home. When you stay with us you'll have the whole apartment to yourself as well as a private entrance and garage. The space is equipped with Wi-Fi, a 55 inch smart TV with multiple complimentary streaming services, as well as a washer and dryer. We can't wait for you to be our guest!

The Otto House

The Otto house is walking distance from downtown Schulenburg and has a cozy, quaint feel. The house has 2 bedrooms, one with a full bed and the other a queen, along with a futon in the living room. We currently do not have a TV or Wifi, but what better way to get away from the bustle of everyday life and enjoy the peace and quiet of small town life.

Fawn Creek

Perfect escape! Custom built cabin nestled in the woods. Tranquility awaits you among the beautiful trees, wildlife and star gazing. Although we do live on the 20 acre property, the cabin is secluded and the surrounding grounds and pond is completely fenced. No pets please. NO CLEANING FEE!
