About this space Welcome to the Red Roof Lodge. We have completely remodeled this house inside and out. We love to come up here and ride ourselves and wanted to share our home with you. This is a spacious 3 bedroom 1 bath with 3 queen beds and 1 twin. There is 1 queen air mattress and TV's in every bedroom. There is plenty of parking for you, your trailers, and machines. We are centrally located with access to multiple Hatfield McCoys and Outlaw Trails approximately 7 miles from Wilmore Dam.

The Starlite

The Starlite at Ruakh is a private luxury geodesic dome tucked along the edge of the woods on our 87-acre farm in Tazewell County, Virginia. Welcome to the Lodge at Welch! Located close to downtown Welch putting you in the center of everything with short drives to dinning, grocery shopping, gas stations, and the car wash. Only minutes to access the Warrior trails and the Pinnacle trail connector. Home is completely renovated and you are sure to fell comfortable during your stay and can relax while you grill on the new spacious covered porch. There is plenty of gravel parking on premise for all guests vehicles.

Located approximately 6 minutes to War, WV and HMT trailhead. A Short, nice ride to the Wilmore Dam, and to High Rocks. NEW ADDITIONAL PARKING FOR LARGE TRAILERS across the street from the Cottage. In addition to approximately 50 ft. in front, 40 ft. in back, 30 ft. on the side of the cottage. SEE PARKING PHOTOS. We are on Rt 16, part of the ”Head of the Dragon” Motorcycle Riding Route in Caretta, WV. You will have easy on/off access to “Warrior Trail” from Caretta or War.

Take a step back in time. Rural America. Before fast food chains, and even before Walmart... Surrounded by Mountains and conveniently located, direct access to Warrior Trailhead and High Rocks. Enjoy Wilmore Dam, or perhaps a day at Berwind Lake trout fishing, or hiking. This can be purchased with the main house or as a stand alone unit. If purchased together the price will be reduced to $40 a night. Guest will have entire space to themselves.
