The Village Vista at the 1866 House

RIGHT IN DOWNTOWN YS, this historic home built in 1866 houses two airbnb units. The Village Vista accommodates five guests & is a light filled 800 sq foot second floor unit with two bdrms, each with a queen bed & ac window unit. The second bdrm has a twin bed as well. Originally built in 1940, caretaker's cabin is a quaint one bedroom suite complete with a full bath, microwave, mini fridge and coffee. Off road parking and a secluded entry makes the cabin perfect for a romantic or working getaway. Located next to the Osborn Historic District in the heart of Fairborn, the Armstrong Homestead is an easy stroll to the downtown shops and restaurants. Xenia Dr provides direct access to the main highways, making most of Dayton reachable in 30 min or less.

The Yellow Springs Tiny House is a super insulated 400 square foot energy efficient home, partially powered by solar panels.
