Bo mysigt och fridfullt i gammal korsvirkeslänga från 1800-talet. Läget är lantligt med djur och natur bara utanför dörren men samtidigt nära till stad, restauranger, nöje, shopping samt strand/bad. Här bor du lugnt och rymligt på ca 120kvm med 2 sovrum, kök, stort vardagsrum med soffa, tv och matplats samt badrum med wc, dusch, tvättmaskin & torktumlare. Intill huset finns lummig, insynsskyddad uteplats med grill alldeles bredvid hagar med får och hästar. Bilen kan du parkera precis utanför.

Fantastic seafront cottage, 80 steps to sea and the most beautiful beach, a peaceful nature reserve. Only the moon and stars lighten up in the night. Well known for its rich fish and bird life. "This is a hidden place in Paradise!", according to one of our guests. Excellent living for nature lovers, only 12 minutes drive to touristic resorts Bastad and Torekov. Golfers reach four beautiful courses ten minutes away. If we are at home, we will serve you a full organic breakfast at a small charge.

Något som sticker ut är den stora uteplatsen med möjlighet att sitta i tre olika väderstreck. En stor gräsmatta lockar till lek och spel. I stugan finns en fräsch bastu och laddbox där du kan ladda din elbil ( självkostnadspris). Handdukar, sängkläder och städning ingår inte men kan ordnas (kontakta värden för pris).

Neighbor with Arild's vineyard near the sea. 6-700 meters to restaurants and harbor. Wood burning stove for warmth and coziness. Since we try to keep our prices as low as possible, we let you choose your desired service level. Bed linen and towels can be added, at a cost of SEK 120 per set , final hours cleaning for SEK 500. You will have a glimt of the sea when having breakfast and you are just 1 minute walk from a dip in Skälderviken. If you are here for hiking, Kullaleden is just outside the garden. The cottage is personally decorated with room for 4 persons. One bedroom with a queen sized bed and one sofa bed, double sized.
