Private Country Retreat With Hot Tub

Coal’s View is a luxury detached holiday cottage situated in Eyton, a quiet country hamlet within Herefordshire. The cottage offers open plan living with an abundance of high-end features across two floors, with a large private garden and hot tub. The bedroom includes a king bed, with views overlooking the paddocks. The bathroom includes an impressive standalone bathtub. There’s a well fitted kitchen, with a large oven, and dining for two, beside a homely living space complete with log burner.

The Garden House

A beautiful, recently renovated two storey house attached to the host's home. It is secluded, south facing and sunny, with glorious views across water meadows to the river which cuts its way beneath steep woodland and past the best fine dining pub in Herefordshire, The Riverside. The house has its own terraced garden and below, an orchard - great for dogs. We are on the marvellous Mortimer Trail which is a 30 mile walk between the towns of Ludlow and Kington. 45 mins from Hay Festival!

Relax with family or friends at this peaceful place to stay. Our 2 bedroom holiday home is located in beautiful northern Herefordshire, near the border with Shropshire. We have recently fully renovated the home so you can enjoy the brand new feel! Surrounded by fields, yet close to Leominster and Ludlow and within easy reach of Hay on Wye, it is the perfect base to explore from. Discover pretty villages, walk in the hills, treasure hunt in the antique shops or just relax by the woodburner!

Tawny Owl Barn

Tawny Owl Barn is a 200-year-old, grade 2 listed, tastefully converted barn in the village of Leintwardine. A large garden is available for our guests which has a wildlife pond and waterfall and another barn with an open fire available for sitting around. Rooms are spacious, well furnished, and well-equipped. There is a large kitchen/diner and lounge plus two bedrooms with en-suites. A large lounge settee can also be used as a double bed. There are two pubs and shop within walking distance.

The Venue Luxury Barn

"The One With The Slide" a luxurious open plan barn conversion with enormous hot tub, games table, 65 inch TV and yes - a slide down from the luxury mezzanine bed chamber. Ideal for couples alone or with kids. A fully equip kitchen, large bathroom with 2 person shower, fantastic countryside views and an outdoor space, light the fire pit (wood not provided) for added ambiance and stargaze the autumn Skys from our hilltop location. 1 bedroom with a king size double plus 1 double sofa bed.

Deerfold Cabin

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated on a working Organic Farm and far away from the road you'll be up in the trees where the only sound is Birdsong. Off-grid with natural Spring water and modern compost loo.The spacious deck has a table and chairs, rocking loungers and a BBQ and Firepit. Drink in the view from the comfort of a Kingsize bed through the large windows. Buy food from our fields at the little shop on site. Enjoy sunsets and stars and walks in the woods

Space at the Steps is a spacious, contemporary holiday let for two. There is a large open plan area upstairs with kitchen, breakfast bar, WiFi, smart TV and sofabed, plus an east facing balcony with views over to Berrington Hall. Downstairs there is a bedroom with wall mounted TV and a shower room with walk in shower and large sink. With a private enclosed garden, dog friendly pub 100 yds away and loads of country walks nearby, it a perfect get away for your four legged friends as well!.

A private retreat in North Herefordshire. Cosy with all modern facilities, ideally suited to a couple looking for a retreat close to Ludlow and its wide range of entertainment and places to visit. We charge separately for 1 child up to 12 and 1 Pet . Close to many places to visit, relaxing and enjoying rural life.

The Servants' Quarters is a newly restored, unique self catering accommodation located in Leominster Town Centre. Originally the servants quarters of an impressive historic house, the apartment has been expertly restored to its former Edwardian glory, complete with servants bells and a fully equipped retro kitchen. The apartment can sleep up to 4 in genuine Edwardian brass beds. Leominster is close to walking routes and surrounded by the gently rolling hills of North Herefordshire.

Relax with friends or family at this newly refurbished single storey cottage set in its own private garden some 25yrds from the main house, Perservereance Cottage. With its own patio, outside seating area and secure fencing, Mollys Cottage makes it a safe and peaceful place to stay for both children and dogs too. Apart from a small step at the front door, the cottage is all on one level, making it perfect for families with younger children and guests with mobility issues too.
