Seaside Unit - Marcoola Beach

The Pacific Ocean to the east with patrolled beaches nearby, and the majestic Mount Coolum to the west! This apartment is situated just meters from the boardwalk that accesses Marcoola Beach, being an easy 5 minute walk. Combined living and kitchen area, separate bedroom, bathroom, and a balcony to catch the morning sun. Single garage provides secure parking up to medium sized vehicle. The home is not a shared space, has it's own address, street frontage, and is not located in a unit complex.

The beach house on the hill

Our little studio is attached to our house, therefore you might hear us from time to time. It’s a beach style place , where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast on your own private patio. Please note that there is a simple outdoor kitchen, with sink ,BBQ, fridge, kettle and microwave. You have a private entrance via the front yard ( as seen on one of the photos). Our neighbourhood is quite , and you might see some of our beautiful wildlife, like colourful Rainbow Lorikket and kangaroos

Sun Filled Beach Guest House, Mudjimba

Our private Guest House is just a short stroll from beautiful Mudjimba beach offering you a relaxing romantic getaway or a creative space to work. One bedroom with Queen bed, desk, crisp linen, comfortable lounge, TV, dining area and window seat. A full kitchen includes a coffee maker, although we highly recommend the local cafes and restaurants which are an easy walk away. Escape the hustle at The Boat Shed, centrally located in the heart of Coolum Beach. Leave your car parked and take an easy stroll or a short ride to the beach, local cafés and shops. The cottage is a completely separate, stand-alone original beach shack. This 70s original shack has been converted into a tiny home with new and recycled materials to ensure you feel all the beach vibes and have a comfy stay.
