A brand new 400 square foot tiny cabin that sleeps 2 adults. Located less than 2 miles from downtown Boone NC as well as the campus of Appalachian State University. Or just enjoy peaceful moments on the front porch of this tiny home where you’ll find it hard to believe you are so close to town!

In the middle of the woods. Far from the sounds of civilization and light pollution, in the beautiful blue ridge mountains. 35 minutes from ASU. One master bedroom and one loft bedroom with 2 full baths. Outside fire pit and indoor wood stove (we provide firewood 🪵) Central A/C (window unit supplements the central a/c in the upstairs portion of the house) and gas heat. Large covered porches on the front and back of the house, back porch is screened in with outdoor dining area.
