The property consists of 4 bedrooms with en suite, a kitchen, an additional bathroom on the ground floor, a living room with access to the pool. The entire house is equipped with air conditioning (coin meter operated) and Internet access. The courtyard is equipped with sun loungers, a table, chairs, and a charcoal grill. The house is perfect for a group of 10 people. The holiday home is located in Xaghra on Marsalforn Street. The property has two levels. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with three single beds, a main bathroom, and a kitchen with a dining area and a living room, with access to the pool offering a beautiful view of Marsalforn Valley and the town of Marsalforn itself. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, each with a balcony and a sea view. The bed arrangement is as follows: one bedroom with two single beds, another bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and the last bedroom with two single beds. The house is situated approximately 1.3 km from the main square in Xaghra. Just 250 meters away, there is a grocery store, and the bus stop is about 50 meters further. The distance to Marsalforn Beach is 1.4 km, and to Ramla Beach, it's approximately 2 km.

This home is only 4-minutes walk away from Xaghra's village square where there is a varied selection of restaurants and bars. A short distance away are the Megalithic temples of Ggantija. Nearby sights include Xerri's Grotto, Ninu's Cave, Calypso Cave, Ta’ Kola Windmill, the Museum of Toys, and the nearest sandy beach of Ramla Bay which is just a 9-minute drive away.

This town house is situated in a quiet area of Nadur in Gozo, with a number of facilities nearby, including a bus stop and a small grocery 200 meters away. It provides some of the best valley and sea views on the island, and is 20 min walk away from one of the most secluded beaches in Malta and Gozo, namely 'San Blas'. If you are looking for a restaurant or pub, you can find all this at the local 'piazza', approximately 1 km away. The bus route also ends at Victoria.
