Our townhouse has 2 BR upstairs (queen size beds) with a shared bathroom. Note: The 2nd bathroom is downstairs off the kitchen. Both bathrooms have showers on the smaller side, no tubs. The living room has a sitting area with TV and wood wood-burning fireplace. The dining area and kitchen are adjacent to the living room. There is a laundry room on the ground floor.

Enjoy the peaceful Little Wind River while relaxing on the spacious deck from which abundant wildlife viewing is available. A spotting scope with universal phone adapter is available for your use. Firewood is also available for the fire pit just feet from the beautiful river.

Fall is in the air. Not only are the sunrises and sunsets amazing, but weather is also very comfortable. So whether you are an earlier riser or an evening person you will enjoy. Once an old garage, this unique space shows off the brick exterior walls and the old heat system and all of its metal piping. Brand new kitchen, equipped with a full size oven, fridge and dishwasher. Fully stocked. The bed is a king size memory foam mattress on a bed frame made from old beams from a dairy barn. The exclusive patio space is just outside the front door, surrounded by a cedar fence and offers comfortable seating and BBQ. Parking is free street parking around the area.
