This is a newer cottage on the Delaware Bay near Milford, DE, only 25 minutes to Rehoboth Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps 4, 2 bdr, 1 bath, a double and a queen bed. Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

Welcome to Maryland's Eastern Shore and your own private space in a converted corn crib, complete with the comforts of home. We offer a very unique property, trailer for 2 and tent if needed for over 2 people. Located just outside of downtown Dover, you step into an outdoor paradise. Overnight guest have full access to the saltwater pool, fire pit and gazebo with Tiki bar. Our little place can be a weekend get away for 2 or we have an additional 6 person tent if in need extra space for the family for an additional 25.00 per person a night fee plus 30.00 setup fee. Visitors not allowed access to amenities.

A little hideaway only a few miles away from Dover, Dover Air Force Base, Dover Speedway and Dover Downs. The beaches are only 45 mins away with great restaurants and shopping. This AirBnB is located in the historic district of Camden situated in the backyard of a private home. You have your own private building! There are stairs up to the deck as the guest house is on the second floor. Please note there is no WiFi or TV.
