Milkpan Farm is situated in Godshill, which we have recently purchased and have refurbished. ** We offer generous discounts on the ferries * It is set in a superb rural location for couples, ramblers, dog walkers and cyclists and a great place from which to explore the Island. The accommodation is self-contained annex with private access and off-road parking. Central heating, Wi-Fi and smart TV are just some of the facilities available. The accommodation is newly fitted to a high specification.

Mead View Annexe, beautiful stylish self contained

A beautiful self contained Annexe attached to the Victorian Old Upper Chine School House. Based in Shanklin Old Village with its thatched roof pubs, restaurants, shops and beach a short walk. The new Mead View Annnexe has light and airy living space with lounge/kitchen/separate w/c shower, upstairs bedroom accessed by spiral staircase. French doors downstairs lead to a private patio. The upstairs bedroom also has French doors. DISCOUNTED FERRY TICKETS available on booking on selected routes.

Situated in the pretty village of St Lawrence, the annexe is finished to a high standard and makes a great base from which to explore South Wight - perfect for coastal or country walks. There is a store in the village, a pop-up pub on the evening of the 1st Friday each month, and the Victorian town of Ventnor is only 2 miles away (6 minutes by car). Nestled into the Undercliff, the location is sheltered and offers tranquility and a sea view. Free parking in the road outside. NOTE - no TV.
