Location, location, location, cute, cozy, clean!

This unit is directly across the street from the beach access. My team hosts with the most, and we want to make your stay is perfection! This space is absolutely perfect for a couple and 1 maybe 2 more. With ocean and canal views in the heart of Carolina Beach this little gem comes with a full service kitchen, a large bathtub, and a king size bed! The ottoman in the living area converts to a comfortable twin size bed. Beach access being just a few steps away. Short stroll to the CB boardwalk.

Beautiful Waterway View w/parking *No service fee!

The pool has been completely renovated and is absolutely beautiful! This very clean condo (some say motel like bc of parking lot and kitchenette) is walking distance from some of the area’s best restaurants and hangouts! The Intracoastal Waterway and bridge to Wrightsville Beach are 200ft away. This unique location allows you to watch the boats navigate the waterway and see the sunrise. This two bedroom ground floor apartment is steps to the beach and within an easy walk to the best that Wrightsville Beach has to offer. It is part of a classic 1930's beach cottage and is a clean and inviting haven for the weary beach-goer. The owners Walt, Alexandra and Grayson occupy the upper floor of the house. Grayson is 3 years old and typically wakes up at 7am to start the sometimes noisy job of being a toddler, so guests should be aware that they might hear some upstairs activities.

This unit is oceanfront, 2nd story w/elevator, covered parking in a gated parking lot, and a fully stocked kitchen, park the car & never have to drive during your stay! Right on the CB boardwalk w/ many choices for ocean view restaurants, etc. Pet friendly with an additional $60 cleaning fee per pet and early check-in and late check-out fee $150 for each request w/ 2-day notice.
