Welcome to our stylish barn conversion based on our working family farm. Dog friendly with plenty of traffic free walking straight out the door, fully enclosed garden safe for dogs. Beautiful log burner for cozy nights in by the fire after you’ve taken a dip in the log fired hot tub. Perfect for a relaxing time away for couples/family/girls trip!

Lambert Lodge Annex - 2 Bedrooms with parking

Relax in this peaceful location. Hemingbrough is a small village with easy access to York, Leeds and Hull. The village has a pub which is within easy walking distance as well as local shops. There is a farmshop nearby which sells good Yorkshire produce to take away and also has a restaurant. York is 20 minutes away with its impressive Minster and other attractions including 2 theaters. A number of historic houses are close by which makes the Annexe a perfect base for exploring the local area.

Dining room with a beautiful 17th century dining table leads to a living room with media wall & water vapour fire. The patio garden with BBQ firepit, water feature & dart board. The cottage is ideal for couples, business travellers, families with one child and dogs. The village has a great pub with delicious home cooked food and a cosy open fire. Only 3 miles away is the historic Market town of Howden with it's great range of shops, cafes and bars. Laxton is an ideal base for exploring East or North Yorkshire.

The Piggery is a two bedroom cottage in the quiet hamlet of Newsholme, East Yorkshire. Surrounded by the countryside it is an ideal location for walking and just chilling out. The nearest town of Howden is a 2 minute drive away with plenty of shops, pubs, bars and places to eat. There is also a train station with links to all major cities. We are ideally situated for days out to York, Beverly, Leeds and the East Yorkshire coast, all of which are a 40 to 60 minutes drive away . Ok

Stunning rural shepherds hut

Located in the stunning Howardian Hills, this is a peaceful and romantic location. A perfect all year round escape. You park your car and the hut is a 5 minute walk from our house- make sure you pack suitable footwear. We can transport your luggage to the hut. The hut has cooking facilities (oven and a hob), there is also a fire pit for barbecues and a picnic table for outdoor dining. You have exclusive use of a hot tub which is right next to the hut.
