Our 17th Century, characterful Yorkshire longhouse provides a spacious, retreat, and a fantastic base for family and friends to meet up with plenty of opportunities for days out in the surrounding North York Moors. The house is in the vibrant market town of Pickering with it's famous heritage railway. Pickering has a cafes, restaurants and pubs along it's bustling high street and a weekly market selling fresh, local produce. 7+2 guests (sofa bed in the snug for 2 guests at an extra charge)

We’re well placed for visits to the stunning yorkshire coast, and have plenty of excellent walking and biking routes on the doorstep. The Barn at Noelle's Cottages

A luxurious and stylish barn conversion with a rating of Five Stars for Self-Catering from Visit England. With private gardens, and off street parking. There is a master bedroom overlooking the snug with wood burning stove, a large bedroom (SuperKing/Twin singles) overlooking the kitchen and living space, and a ground floor single bedroom, plus rollaway bed to convert into into twin singles. Please note smoking (incl vapes and e-cigarettes) is not permitted. No pets at any time please.

Goose End Cottage, North Yorkshire

Take a break and unwind in a characterful cottage set in beautiful countryside. This 18th century grade-II listed property is right beside the River Seven, in the picturesque village of Sinnington, and the North York Moors National Park. The cottage is full of original character, whilst having all the amenities needed for a relaxing break. Many amazing walks can be enjoyed from right outside the door and the wonderful village pub and restaurant is only a few minutes walk away.

Pheasant's Roost

Set within a hillside in Ryedale sits Pheasant's Roost. This unique underground home offers comfort and scenery all in one. The private hot tub and patio over look the Howardian Hills. It also the perfect place to watch the sunset and later on the gaze at the beautiful clear night skies. If wildlife is your thing, there is plenty to see from our resident barn owl to the deer grazing in the early morning. This spacious pod has a fully equipped kitchen and underfloor heating.

A tranquil, 19th century converted barn with private garden and outdoor fire overlooking the local countryside. A short drive from Pickering and close to the Moors, Whitby and York, the barn is great for a relaxing break. Inside, you will find a renovated living area, with a wood burning stove, Smart TV and fully fitted kitchen complete with oven, fridge washing machine and dish washer, the barn offers everything you will need for a relaxing getaway in Yorkshire.

Beech Farm is a private enclave of eight luxury holiday cottages in North Yorkshire. Shared on site facilities include an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, playroom, playground, table tennis, honesty shop and daily animal feeding sessions. All cottages blend traditional character with modern conveniences like high speed wifi, a smart television and Nespresso coffee machine. Fat Hen is a one-bedroom property sleeping two (plus infant) – full floorplan in the pics.

Castlegate Cottage

Characterful and quaint 3 bedroom Grade II listed cottage, built in 1800 with open plan living. Within easy walking distance of many shops, tea rooms, restaurants, pubs and the castle, there is parking very close by. Castlegate cottage is a perfect base for exploring the many local attractions and places of interest, such as The Steam railway, Beck Isle museum, The North Yorkshire Moors, Whitby, Scarborough, Flamingo Land, Eden Camp, Dalby Forest and York.

Hot Tub Studio Lodge.

A peaceful, romantic retreat for two. Our complex features six semi-detached Studio Lodges, each with a private hot tub. (Photos show each lodge; you’ll be allocated one based on availability.) Each lodge offers an open-plan layout with a double bed, cosy living area, and fully equipped kitchen and a smart TV Step outside to your private veranda with outdoor furniture. Unwind in your hot tub under a clear night sky, the perfect way to end your day.

Owl House is an Elizabethan barn conversion. It sits on the edge of the North York Moors National Park and features a glazed wall offering far reaching countryside views across the vale of Pickering with the Howardian Hills visible in the distance. Former farm set in 4 acres of peaceful gardens, paddock and woodland. Dog friendly. Open plan sitting room/kitchen, bathroom w shower,mezzanine bedroom, pizza oven on site, parking, walkable pub.

Horseshoe cottage, 1 bed, ground floor living

Horseshoe Cottage is one of our 3 holiday cottages in the village of Wrelton, 2 miles west of Pickering. This cosy, well equipped cottage, in a peaceful village location, is a great base for exploring the coast and moors. Sleeping up to 2 adults, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay and suitable for guests with mobility issues. Pets are very welcome with well behaved owners. Plenty of parking and communal leisure space.

Old Forge in Wrelton, North Yorkshire.

This cottage, in the village of Wrelton near Pickering, was a 19th century blacksmith's forge and has now been renovated into a delightful living space complete with fully-equipped kitchen, large living room area, bathroom with walk-in shower and a cosy bedroom located on a mezzanine floor which is reached via a spiral staircase. The Old Forge offers a great location for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Yorkshire.
