The Old Piggery at Manor Farm, Runcton Holme.

This charming detached one bedroom, timber clad home is a tastefully converted piggery. It’s a private, cosy retreat, perfect for couples along with their small dogs. There is a large patio and lawned garden, with outdoor furniture for perfect relaxation. There are a some luxury features such as a Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, king size bed, fire pit and cocktail making equipment. Our fishing lake is nearby so you can wander down and fish (extra charge) or watch the array of wildlife.

Stay in a former Old English Cosy Pub, with three inglenook fire places. Located in a small village in West Norfolk 36 mins from coast and 21 mins from Royal Sandringham Estate. Pet Friendly, we welcome up to 3 dogs and charge £25 per dog per visit. Recently refurbished offering a large underfloor heated kitchen living room space along with the charm of original features. During the lockdown period we have updated and renewed the bathroom and ensuite facilities including a new toilet in ensuite

Situated on a farm-stay location with access to delightful gardens. Lovely Garden room

Our new Garden rooms are light and calming, backing onto fields.Deer, pheasants and barn owl’s can be seen most days.There is a patio at front and at the back where enjoy the view and also a BBQ available to cook your own food. We also have a Scandinavian BBQ HUT where our guests are welcome to spend a private evening of a cost of £20..There is lots of wildlife to be seen here and deer in our woods. Shops are 10 min away but a nice pub/restaurant 4 minutes by car. The trundle bed is 6ft !

Jubilee Annexe is a newly refurbished two bedroomed ground floor annexe adjoining our family home. There is a garden sauna that can be used at an additional cost. Located in a peaceful village in West Norfolk with numerous walking & cycling routes from the property. The property also benefits from quick access to both the A47 & A10 providing ease of travel across Norfolk. The area has lots to explore including the Sandringham Estate, various beaches & castles.

Cottage in quiet village suitable for working away

This recently renovated property is located in Tottenhill. The popular village of Watlington is close by which has a shop, pub, fish and chips and train station! The property is smoke free and pet free. Please be aware the neighbours do have friendly dogs (they do not enter property). As this is a cottage we do have a dehumidifier, however, guests are more than welcome to turn this off. Tottenhill is a short drive from Downham Market and King's Lynn.
