Iris cottage has been furnished to have a homely atmosphere for families, couples, business, country or international travelers who are looking for an easy access centrally located comfortable long & short stay accommodation. Located Caboolture North in close proximity to the train station, Bruce & D'aguilar highways, showgrounds, Bribie Island, Sunshine Coast & Glasshouse Mountains tourist attractions.

Comfortable, self-contained apartment/studio on separate lower level of house. Separate entry. Off street private parking. Own kitchen, bathroom, dining and open lounge. King size bed. Access to pool. Quiet, established neighbourhood. Close to a choice of 7 Caloundra beaches, many cafes, restaurants. Only 5min drive to the new Sunshine Coast University Hospital. The maximum number of guests is limited to 2 and pets are not permitted at any time. WE ARE A STRICTLY NON-SMOKING PROPERTY.

Sun Filled Beach Guest House, Mudjimba

Our private Guest House is just a short stroll from beautiful Mudjimba beach offering you a relaxing romantic getaway or a creative space to work. One bedroom with Queen bed, desk, crisp linen, comfortable lounge, TV, dining area and window seat. A full kitchen includes a coffee maker, although we highly recommend the local cafes and restaurants which are an easy walk away. Little Mountain Retreat – where the Beach meets the Bush. Set in two acres of natural bush reserve, this comfortable 2 bedroom cottage is only 5.5km from the beach and all Caloundra has to offer. Perfect for couples looking for a relaxing, secluded getaway or families wanting space for the children to explore, all the while being close to the beach, restaurants and shops. A family of kangaroos regularly graze right at the house and kookaburras can be heard in the trees.

Hidden Valley Cabin

Down in a quiet valley and only 6 minutes drive from the vibrant township of Maleny, you will find this little country getaway. It's hard to believe, but this spacious studio-cabin was once a working milking shed. The cabin has it's own separate driveway and is nestled in 10 acres of paddocks and tall gum trees. Abundant wildlife is always close at hand. Wallabies, birds and even the odd possum like to visit. The cabin is open and full of light and very comfortable.

Mooloolaba’s Private Guest Studio Room

Newly renovated studio is seperate to the main house and has it’s own entrance and is complete with its own kitchenette, TV and private bathroom. Suitable for 2 adults (and kids on request) Tea and Instant Coffee are available for your convenience along with basic condiments for cooking. This private area is 1km walk from the beach and is great for exploring the area with your partner, family or just away on business, than this is the place for you.

Kookaburra - Private 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Cottage

Kookaburra Cottage is a purpose built, 2-bedroom 2-bathroom house, nestled among the rain forest trees on a 4.5-acre property overlooking a small lake. Relax and unwind on the large deck and soak up the sounds of nature in this peaceful and tranquil bush setting. The property is close to town, the golf course and Baroon Pocket Dam. A delicious breakfast basket including local produce and freshly baked bread is included.
