Whilst being on a large parcel of land that is leased to a food producer (with a dedication to maintaining natural habitat) the house is on a small parcel of land that is easily accessible and street front in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. The property includes a heated swimming pool (in summer) with large deck, lawned areas and a tennis court. STRICTLY 8 PEOPLE MAXIMUM, NO PARTIES, BUCKS WEEKENDS OR FUNCTIONS.

Delightful and freshly renovated this 2 bedroom studio is nestled in the hills of Keiraville just up the road from the village cafes and shops . Conveniently located near to University of Wollongong and the Botanical Gardens with beautiful beaches within a 10 minute drive. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place! ** Before booking please note there is a new build happening next door to the studio. There may be construction noise between 7am-3pm during week days.

Essential Beach House

Our beach house is an ideal getaway. The guests accommodation is self contained and has its own private entrance, situated on the ground floor of our two storey home. Our residence is upstairs and has its own entrance. We'd like your stay to be private and relaxed. We are passionate surfers and the owner/operators of the local surf school, maybe have a surf lesson or coaching with us while your here or just relax!
