Great attention has gone into the home's artistic style. Recently renovated, this ground level apartment is in 'as new' pristine condition. Architecturally remodelled the space keeps many of its traditional terrace features, with tasteful modernisation, including - - Loads of natural light from glass skylights in the main living area - Quality furnishings and art throughout - Timber floors in main living and kitchen, with wool carpet in the bedroom - Ducted climate aircon throughout, ensures comfort on hot Sydney days and nights - including in bedroom - Full laundry including washing machine, dryer and tub (detergent supplied) - Induction cooking and cookware provided - Double integrated Dishdraw (dishwasher) - Filtered water & ice dispensing refrigerator - Marble bathroom, with underfloor heating and dual shower heads - including waterfall head - Access to wifi and Apple TV/Netflix on 50" smart LCD television - Private courtyard and outdoor table accessed via bi-fold doors - Separate home-office space, with built-in desk - Bedroom and living area separated by hallway - Queen size bed with new high-end, medium/firm latex mattress - All bedding and linen provided for your stay, including towels and beach towels No interaction necessary - keys are accessed via lock-box to let yourself in. Cafes, bars, restaurants, and a mini supermarket and liquor store are all within 150 metres. Please note that I live directly above the apartment, so just a friendly reminder that this is not a party or event rental.

Located in a cul-de-sac, this apartment is at the front of the property and enjoys extensive views from both balconies. Private stairs from street level take you to a bright open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The area opens to a large balcony with a gas barbecue. Another staircase takes you to an equally bright airy master suite. The modern bathroom has a shower, large spa bath and double sinks. There is a television on each level and a Sonos sound system throughout.

Woollahra is a leafy suburb next to Bondi Junction, and part of inner Sydney. Railway and Bus Depots, 100's of shops, restaurants and Westfield Ceare only a few minutes walk. Beaches are close. The outlook over the city and eastern suburbs will keep you on the deck. It is a comfortable and well presented premium apartment. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families. There's so much around us, many beaches, our glittering harbour, the city and so many parks and beautiful walks

Central fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment (ground floor), fully equipped kitchen and own courtyard in a terrace house. We live upstairs. Private secure entrance. Check in 2pm -6pm! Unfortunately, we cannot provide garage parking from March 2023. I can give you passes for the street parking. Located in the prestigious Queen St. 20 minutes from the CBD and 20 minutes from Bondi Beach. Great buses. 1-2 people. No children (0-12). Wifi Smart TV Please read The Space and Guest Access.
