Situated in the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) with sweeping countryside valley views and many walks, this *premium* cottage offers a relaxing and comfortable stay with all home comforts for two adults. Caution: (We have a Floor Bed upstairs and a Sofa bed downstairs.) With historic pubs all around, Central Canterbury is 10 mins drive away yet you are in the countryside! Get away from London, breathe countryside air, travel to/from the Continent. Dover is only a 30mints.

The Studio beside The Barn Sweech Farm

Why not enjoy this historic place in a picturesque setting. The Studio is a 500-year old grain store, now converted into a studio annex. Situated at Sweech Farm in Broad Oak, The Studio is completely self-contained with a key safe for self-check in. It has a King-size bed, sofa, 32 inch tv with Netflix, hairdryer, small Kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee and tea making facilities, a breakfast area and en-suite shower room. There is a designated parking space, behind electric gates.

The Annexe - Optional Hot Tub - Nr Dover

Our home and Annexe is situated just off the main road in the village of Lydden where we are surrounded by a National Nature Reserve and have access to beautiful walks on the chalk downlands and the Whitecliffs of Dover Coastal Walk is also close by. The village of Lydden has good transport links being adjacent to the A2 connecting Dover to London and within the easy reach the High Speed rail route to London St Pancras, Dover ferry port and the Eurotunnel.

Hut in the Vines - all inclusive

A unique rural getaway at Hut in the Vines. Discreetly nestled at the back end of or tiny vineyard, which is now in its 8th year. and very private. Our home is 70 metres away but your space is private with a vineyard view. Outside, there is a traditional, wood-burning hot tub, covered eating area with bbq and wood-fired pizza oven and an electric wall heater-lit with festoon lighting. ONE Small doggy welcome. Badgers' Hollow, a luxury cabin on stilts

We are in the heart of rural Kent but with easy access to Canterbury, Dover and Folkestone. As well as a plethora of walks and cycle trails on the doorstep, Badgers’ Hollow is set in its own quarter acre sunken garden, with outdoor games, furniture and a firepit for outdoor dining! It's a great place for a tranquil break while offering plenty of places of interest to explore. Pets are welcome.

Timber lodge with 2 bedrooms, set in own paddock.

Semi rural lodge set in own paddock on the outskirts of the Kent village of Shepherdswell. Perfectly situated to explore East Kent and near to Canterbury & Dover. Great beaches & castles within a 20 minute drive. The lodge is ideally situated for Lydden Hill Race Circuit & cross Channel ferries to France. Towns of Deal, Sandwich, Margate, Folkestone and Whitstable are close by.

Chillenden Court Stable No. 1

My place is close to Sandwich, Wingham, Canterbury and Dover Ferry Port. There are 4 golf courses within a 9 mile radius including Royal St. Georges in Sandwich which hosts the British Open Championship every few years. There are 2 public courses in the area - Boughton and Stone Lees.
