This unique newly constructed all electric 525 sq foot elevated structure offers a wrap around deck for an ever changing view. King size bed & new technology foam offers complete comfort in separate climate controlled bedroom. Heated bathroom floor is a “warm” surprise. Optional seasonal outdoor shower for the adventurous. Kitchen lacks nothing tucked conveniently in the great room.

Tioga County Base-Camp - "Black Bear Hollow"

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin. Our cabin is ideal for a quiet get-away for hunting, hiking, shooting, snowmobiling, ATV/UTV riding, fishing & star gazing. The cabin is located in an area only accessible via dirt roads. It is about 1 mile to the northern boundary of the Tioga State Park; where exploring is wide open and snowmobiling is permitted in winter. If you want a quiet escape this is the place for you! We invite you to our cabin. Jan and Feb guest must have 4x4

HUNTERS: 75 wooded acres for deer & turkey hunting, 6 hunter max. Must sign waiver and check boundaries with us.

A beautiful deck surrounds 1/2 the cabin/chalet and have the table set or cook on the grill while enjoying the sunset down on the NY /PA mountains. In the evening put a few logs in the wood burning stove and relax to the variety of streaming options on TV. I've made sure to have all the comforts of home here! Note ** Shed on prop is private

Close to the Fingerlakes, this Little Cabin in the Big Woods is a off-grid, secluded, pond-side cabin on 56 acres of private woods. Unplug and enjoy a peaceful weekend in nature. No worries, we have hot showers and generator provided electric for evening lights and recharging devices. Open seasonally from May - Oct. Swim off the dock in the private pond, or paddle the kayak or canoe. Ten miles from Corning's Gaffer District & 25 miles to the world famous Watkins Glen State Park

This airy vintage home on the outskirts of the quaint town of Mansfield. The dream living room has a dramatic two story wall of windows! We normally ask for two nights- however, if you need one night ask & you can possibly snag this lovely place for one night! Light & Lovely Chateau is close to all of the favorite destinations in the northern tier of Pennsylvania including Mansfield University. We try to ensure guests have a wonderful experience!

Enjoy this cozy, comfortable little house and all the surrounding natural beauty. You'll have a private home in a rural setting nestled among the evergreens with a wildflower meadow to walk through and a creek to explore. Adjacent to the house is the farm. You can choose to just enjoy your country home, or you can book activities and nature classes at the cozy cabin and on the farm.
