Welcome to our charming home. Free parking is available in front of the house and on our quiet street, fully fenced garden and rooms accommodating up to 6 guests. A peaceful private annex in a wonderful semi-rural location in the picturesque village of Pirbright. The annex has off street parking and its own separate entrance. Pirbright is an archetypal Surrey village, with a pretty village green and two excellent pubs. Surrounded by beautiful countryside it is perfect for walking and cycling. Brookwood mainline station is 2 miles away, providing a direct service to Waterloo. Guildford and Woking are close by providing theatres, bars and restaurants.

It is the perfect destination for walkers, mountain bikers and lovers of the outdoors. Dog walking and country pub heaven!

There are four bedrooms , one ensuite and family bathroom. Parking for 3 cars. Large garden with patio and seating and large netted trampoline for use at your own risk. People from all backgrounds are welcome in our home.

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. One towel per person is supplied. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on certain days of the week. This does rather depend on what time I have to go out in the morning, but often we can agree on a time. Please do enquire.
