Super central and clean hideaway in N.E. Portland's Irvington/Lloyd Center neighborhood. This cozy apartment lives under our brownstone home, with it's own entrance, free wifi, queen bed, washer/dryer and kitchen appliances. Street parking is easy, no restrictions or permits required! We have many guests in town to attend an event at the convention or the Moda Center, if that’s you, we are under one mile from both, and three blocks from the bus that takes you there!

Guest house in quiet neighborhood near downtown

Private studio apartment set away from the street to avoid any traffic noise. The guesthouse is a 10 minute bike ride from the downtown waterfront park as well as many great local restaurants and cafe's. Tree-filled Irving Park is 1 block away. Located just down the street from public transit and 1.3 miles from the Oregon Convention Center as well as the Moda Center. Come enjoy our beautiful place in the Irvington neighborhood.
