Maddie’s flat is a self contained first floor flat attached to a mansion house. It consists of 3 bedrooms (queen, double & twin beds) a sitting room, kitchen/diner and bathroom/utility, plus an extra shower room with toilet. The flat will hold 6 people. Gas central heating and underfloor heating in kitchen and bathroom. Low occupancy rates considered
