Sitting On The Dock Of The Bay…is our tranquil designer-styled bay house. We believe it is the Central Coast’s best kept secret. At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

The Barn; Kyangatha - relax and rejuvenate

Ideal for one or two couples or families. Welcome to The Barn an idyllic farm stay less than an hour's drive from Sydney. The Barn is a spacious rustic sandstone and timber hideaway with expansive views of pasture, river and the hills and bushland of Popran and Dharug National Parks. It's an ideal place to get away and be reinvigorated in comfort. Enjoy calming walks around the property, relax by the river, go for a paddle, toast marshmallows in the fire pit or have a BBQ at the water's edge.

Looking for somewhere to unwind? Nestled in the mountains, this balinese style cottage awaits you! Featuring an outdoor heated spa and views overlooking our freshwater lagoon, you won't regret a weekend here. Relax under the gazebo on our balinese day-bed whilst listening to the native birdlife, enjoy the warmth of our cozy fire-pit area, enjoy a relaxing bike ride or explore the hills with some bushwalking. The options are endless at Laguna Sanctuary.The boathouse cabin is now also available.

Boathouse By The Bay

Relax and unwind in our beautiful, unique space, enjoying the sounds of nature as you indulge in the outdoor shower in the sun. With just a short walk to the waterfront, corner store and bottle shop, you can set up the perfect picnic down by the water or at home. Grab yourself one of Central Coasts best coffee's from Empires D'lite. If you are a bringing a boat along, you can plonk it in at Kendall Road wharf and be set for the day. There is also kids parks, tennis court and bbq area close by.

The Salty Dog is a space that is both cosy and open to the water, a wooden boathouse for two that invites you to relax and just 'be', to go off grid and reconnect with mother nature at her best.

Between the lagoon and the ocean…. Clever architectural design with full size well equipped kitchen and beautiful private sunny balcony. This is a one bedroom freestanding fully self contained private elevated dwelling amongst the giant bamboo, Bangalow palms and bromeliads with lake glimpses and ocean breezes. If you're looking for somewhere out of the ordinary, in an outstanding location just minutes walk to the beach, and a little more special than the rest, you will not be disappointed.

'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

Hawkesbury River Hideout

Located on the Hawkesbury River near Wisemans Ferry we offer a relaxed stay less than 1 hour from the Central Coast and Castle Hill and 10 minutes from Wisemans Ferry. The home has been well considered to ensure the magical river and bushland views are showcased from all areas of the home, inside and out. Enjoy watching the sunset from the comfort of the lounge or from one of the 4 decks. The house has its own jetty and pontoon can easily accommodate boats and is ideal for water skiers.

The River House, Coba Point

The River House is a unique, off grid water access only sanctuary featuring indoor/outdoor living and dining areas and it’s own private deep water pontoon and beach. Located 45 minutes north of Sydney on Berowra Creek, a tributary of the Hawkesbury River, the north facing house is backed by Marramarra National Park, and surrounded by bushland with superb views of the Hawkesbury River. It’s the perfect place to explore the river and it’s secluded beaches. Maximum Occupancy – 2 adults

Carina Cottage

Freshly renovated, PRIVATE and absolute waterfront Cabin with all amenities overlooking the most magnificent section of the Hawkesbury River at Lower Portland (City side of the River) - there is a modest (but modern) kitchen - adjacent to bushland teeming with bird life and rural properties nearby historic Hawkesbury sites and wineries with pretty walks along the River and fire trails 90 mins from Sydney CBD 30 mins from Windsor and Glenorie 40 mins from Rouse Hill and Castle hill

Waterfront Treehouse on the Hawkesbury River

Surrounded by national parkland on the Hawkesbury River, the Treehouse is an architecturally designed red-cedar cottage set high on the riverbank with a private jetty and spectacular water views. The two queen beds are furnished with luxurious cotton and Belgian linen. The main bedroom is on a mezzanine level and overlooks the living area which has a slow-combustion fire. Perfect in summer or winter. (Sunday check-out is 5pm.)

Treat yourself to a lux beach escape! With private entry, tucked above the dunes on Bungan Beach, nap to the sound of the waves, enjoy sunrise from bed, and sip wine by the outdoor firepit. Drenched in northern sun, winter here is the best time of year! With 1 king bed (lux memory foam) plus 2nd double bed, you can sleep up to 4 (2 adults +2 children max, or 3 adults).
