Only a 15-minute walk to historic downtown Bath, a 3-minute drive to Thorne Head Preserve, and a 25-minute drive to Reid State Park and Popham Beach. Not recommended for those with mobility issues. Bathroom is downstairs, bedroom is upstairs. Owners live on property with small dog.
