"Downtown" Alfred, Alfred State & Alfred University are within easy walking distance. Finger Lakes wine region is 40 minutes away, Letchworth State Park (the “Grand Canyon of the East”) is less than an hour, Watkins Glen is 2 hours.

A wall of windows brings nature and natural light pouring into the space, and a fully-equipped kitchen and European bathroom provide modern comfort. Very close proximity to ATV trails/Pilot Program in season. Our retreat is part of an old 100 acre farm that has 3 ponds you can fish in, hiking trails and woods that you are more than welcome to explore.
