One bedroom connected to master bedroom via sliding door.

Coolest “Car Cave” Studio+Loft+Nice Private Yard

This unique place is on a dirt alley. It’s past owner turned it into a really cool “man cave”; he even left the big doors so he could live with his motorcycles! We obtained it, did some updating and it turned out fun! I changed out “man for car” because, well, that’s what it is. Plus ladies love it too. It’s really best for 1 person, a couple or even 3 or 4 friends or siblings that dont mind limited privacy (and parking) or climbing the steep ladder up to loft where there’s 2 more double beds.

Bamboo Bungalow

Nestled in a serene park like setting this charming one room bungalow offers a peaceful retreat from a busy world! Paradise park is located on about 1/2 acre with lots of trees, flowers, paths for walking, seating areas for relaxing and its own river, pond and water wheel! Bamboo Bungalow consists of one room with a queen bed and a bathroom. There is also a separate laundry room and kitchen/dining area. A second one bedroom unit is also available on the property named Water Wheel Cottage.

Adorable 2-bedroom country guesthouse

Our little guesthouse is located in the Central valley. It is nestled in an almond orchard on our family farm. Only a 1/2 mile from Highway 99 it has easy access to many of California’s beautiful sights. This home includes a cozy living room, two bedrooms (with a queen bed and a full bed) and a minimally stocked kitchen. It does include a Keurig. Only five minutes away are plenty of choices of fast food restaurants and grocery stores. There is also laundry soap available for washing clothes.

Blue Oak Ranch - 47 Acre Retreat in Gold Country

Nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Nevadas just 38 miles from Yosemite Natl Park, and 5 min from moccasin boat launch lake Don Pedro. Secluded on 47 acres, the newly built (2017) home is close to nature yet offers all the modern comforts. Outside you can enjoy activities in the mountains and lakes, or just relax and stargaze from the hot tub. Our home is located in central San Joaquin Valley, amongst the farming industry. Out in the country away from the traffic and noise of town but still close enough to Highway 99 for easy access. A prime location for a home base for taking in all CA has to offer. Yosemite, Monterey, and San Fran are all just a 2 hour drive from our home. There will be some fresh baked goods and a few other breakfast items for you to enjoy your first morning.
