Exterior has a wraparound deck, outdoor seating, a fire pit, hot tub and play structure. 15 min walk to the beach. 1.5 blocks to pier overlooking the shores of Lake Winnipeg. The backyard has a large ground level deck with two BBQs, seating and dining spaces as well as a fire pit area with plenty of seating.

Relax in a cozy, beach-inspired cottage, only a couple blocks from downtown, the boardwalk and beach. The cottage comfortably sleeps 4 adults, with a queen-size bedroom and queen-size trundle bed in the living room. During the summer, the guest cottage also sleeps two guests. Enjoy relaxing in a screened gazebo, bbq dining on the large sunny deck, or enjoying an evening around the firepit. The cottage is wifi-enabled with Chromecast TV, a full kitchen and linens.
