We are a 4 season cabin located in the town of Winnipeg Beach. Beautifully decorated featuring knotty pine interior with vaulted ceilings, updated kitchen & granite counters. 4 season sunroom features spacious dining area for family dinners. Exterior has a wraparound deck, outdoor seating, a fire pit, hot tub and play structure. 15 min walk to the beach. 1.5 blocks to pier overlooking the shores of Lake Winnipeg. Close to the town of Winnipeg Beach with several restaurants and stores.

3bdrm (2queen,2twn)+futon, pullout sofabed, 1.5 bth, wraparound deck w/hottub, outdoor dining, bbq grill, full kitchen, lrg parking, wood fire pit (BYOW), bicycles, laundry, extra pillows, towels. Special Note: Hottub (May-Oct) requires water balancing (chemicals); as hosts, we'll strive to have it available for guests. No cable/satelite TV (firestick for streaming available), dinnerware not matching, hardwater (metallic odour), jugs of water provided, laundry detergent not provided.

An artistic, loft-style cottage perfectly located beside world class fishing on Lake Winnipeg at beautiful Sunset Beach! 3 minutes to ice/beach access - sled from the driveway, room for trailer parking! Big bright windows, wood-burning fireplace (firewood on-site), ping pong, pellet BBQ, large screened room. Starlink Wifi and big TV to hook laptop to (no cable). The cottage is nicely tucked into the forest. 1 bedroom with a queen, 2 double beds and a double futon in open format loft.

The cottage comfortably sleeps 4 adults, with a queen-size bedroom and queen-size trundle bed in the living room. During the summer, the guest cottage also sleeps two guests.
